The salon is light and air, everyone is super chilled and friendly and the prices are competitive with less the subpar places in the area. My gel nails literally chipped the very next day. This place is really bad. First of all the entire service (gel manicure and reg pedicure) took 45 minutes. No actual care was taken which would have been fine if the price reflected that but it was $95 which is INSANE for the level of service you're getting. It was so rushed. Love this place so much natural light and on a nice day they had the doors open! I had booked a fill appointment online through their website and received a confirmation email. When my friend and I arrived (also with a confirmation), the person who greeted us said she didn't have any appointments in her system but asked us what we wanted to get done. I wanted a fill on my acrylic gel nails and she looked visibly irritated. She asked me to pick a color and while I was looking, she asked if I could hurry up because she had "other clients coming in." This made me upset because am I not a paying client as well? She filled my nails in with Gel X Builder but did NOT sand it down, buff it out, or even attempt to shape it. She cut my cuticles but cut them too close and my finger started to bleed. I asked if I could have a French Tip with the color I picked out and she kept looking at the clock saying she didn't have time and she had other appointments coming in. My friend and I were the only two people in the shop aside from one other person getting a pedicure done. She then sloppily applied the nail polish and kept getting up to greet other customers coming in. A few other people had the same issue of booking online but their appointments not showing up in the system Eco Nail's uses for bookings. I was disappointed with my nails and was charged $85 for a terrible me job. To top it off, my middle finger popped right off a few hours later. I would steer clear of Eco Nails but if you have to go, make sure to call directly to make an appointment. read more

absolutely not worth the price. I have been coming here for the last year bc it is close to my place and easy to get an appointment. I am normally not one to write bad reviews but unfortunately this was the final straw. I have gone here at least 10 times in the last year and each time was different. but majority of the times, unless I luckily got one of the pro artists, my nails turned out horrible. this last time was the worst. I came in with soak off gel polish and the tech used the electric filer to get it off instead of the soak off serum. it hurt like hell. felt like my nails were burning off. it happened the time before that too. it seemed my tech was in a rush too. she spent zero time on my cuticles and cleaning up my nail beds. I showed her picture of the nail shape I wanted and reminded her four times as she was filing of the shape I wanted. I asked for a pointy almond shape - it seemed her skill set was not there to make it happen. I opted for a hot pink polish and asked for chrome on top. a skilled tech would choose a chrome that matched the polish... she chose silver and I had to stop her to get a different color. she chose a different one but still not close enough. again seemed like she was rushing and at that point I was too frustrated to speak up or say anything else. i left with non blended chrome that didn't match, a shape of nail I didn't ask for, uncut cuticles and untidy nail beds, and 85 bucks poorer. and less than 24 hours later, the chrome is chipping off. Wanted to shout out to the owner and Kate at Eco. Not only have I always had a very nice, relaxing time at the salon, but they always do a fantastic job and are very friendly. Recently, I tried a new brand and my nails did not like it. They chipped, Eco offered to fix it for free and then unfortunately it chipped again, so they offered to redo the nails completely free of charge (with a new product of course!) A friend and I booked ahead online, but were told our appointments were not on the calendar, even though we had received confirmation emails. Our appointments weren't the only ones that this had happened to while we were in the salon, so something went wrong with the booking engine or website. The service was rushed because they had other appointments they knew were coming in later in the day. I understood this to an extent, but we also had appointments, weren't walk ins, and there was only one guest when we arrived. The guests who arrived as we were leaving were also people who had booked online but weren't on the calendar, so I don't think we should've been rushed. The top coat on my no chip was patchy, and given the price and rushed service, was not worth it. If you plan to go, call ahead to book, to be sure your appointment is in, until the online booking is resolved! read more

Found this place on Yelp a few weeks ago when my friend and I needed same day mani/pedis after work and my normal salon was booked. They took us same-day which was awesome. I've been on the hunt since. On my third try, I think I've found what I've been looking for here at Eco Nail. The salon is clean, bright, modern and friendly. The foot spas are surprisingly comfortable. If you were hoping for a massage chair, this isn't your place. But the pedi totally makes up for it. My tech, forgive me if I misspell your name, NoNo, was wonderful! She did both my no chip mani and pedi. I chose the lavender pedi w paraffin wax. Just what my tired feet and legs needed. My toes are perfectly perfect and smooth! I love my fingernails too! Not once did she nick me or cut me...NoNo moves methodically in a quick yet careful pace. There's been only a few other times my nails have been done and I can't stop looking at them...this is one of those times! The true test will be when I start growing my super long nails. Came here after booking an appointment in advance. They were running way behind and must have overbooked. It took a solid 2 hours for a basic mani/pedi and the woman after me had to wait almost an hour after her appointment time to finally be helped. I live nearby so I walked to the salon but I witnessed the crazy parking scam in their lot. If you park there and take one step off the lot it will be no longer than one minute before the security team puts a boot on your car so beware if you park in that lot and go anywhere but the salon. I also wanted to mention I didn't feel that safe with COVID protocols. They didn't do any hand washing or changing of gloves between helping multiple clients. I also never saw any wiping down of chairs after use by multiple people there. Overall, my nails turned out ok, but everything else about the experience wasn't that great. read more

I came here for back and foot massage, boy! exactly what i need it. I ended up getting classic french manicure & pedicure. I dont feel comfortable growing very long nails as I have short nails. This nail salon is absolute TRASH. The no chip chipped within two days of getting it done. I reached out to the salon and the manager replied that it wasn't their fault and "AMERICANS ALWAYS WANT FREE THING!". I wouldn't patronize a spot with management that lacks professionalism. The atmosphere in the salon was very quiet and the woman was very rough on my pedicure getting me twice with the cuticle clippers. I have one scab and bled a little. I'm just lucky no infection. They got me and my boyfriend in super last minute, was affordable. It's been 3 weeks and my no chip manicure has not chipped or peeling up around the edges and I work behind a bar so I'm washing dishes pretty consistently for 9 hours multiple days a week and have a horrible habit of picking at my nails. I can't remember my nail techs name (I think she was the owner or manager or something?), but she was amazing and color matched the exact color I was looking for! I'm not great at small talk at nail or hair appointments, but the friendly banter was lovely and easy. Other times I've gotten my nails done with my boyfriend at more expensive locations, they don't let us sit with each other or they treated him differently or rushing like they didn't care about his manicure. Uka is my favorite girl at Eco Nails. She does an amazing job on my gel mani every time. She is as patient and kind as can be! the facility is clean and the staff overall is great.
