Staff were all very friendly and both my dipped manicure and my pedicure were equally great in regard to service. My dip manicure was $55 and the basic pedicure was $38. Both came with great massages! I'm very please with the attention to detail and shaping for both my mani and pedi, both done by two separate people, D and Anna. Separately, the person who I believe is the owner was super friendly and kind to us! They do prefer cash which is understandable but do take card and you can tip through Venmo which worked just fine for me. The main standouts for me were the parking lot, the friendly staff, attention to detail and how clean it was. It makes sense why they were busy! I was so excited to discover this gem of a place when we moved to the neighborhood. It's a family run business, with two sisters co-owning and managing it perfectly. I think it's the sweetest thing to also see their mom and dad helping out. But that's not why this is a top of the line nail salon. Their work is impeccable. Pedicures are best in town and come with a lengthy massage. Manicures? I mean, look at the video and I'll let the work speak for itself. I've seen many technicians in the salon and they all take pride in their work. The Sisters have set high expectations and the staff delivers, consistently. Usually I love this place, but had a pretty poor experience this week. Booked online and when I showed up it didn't seem like they could find my reservation. I got a mani dip pedi. The person doing my pedi handed me a menu with $61 as the cheapest pedi and told me they didn't have anything cheaper. When booking you can book one for $38. The dip mani was incredibly thick even after asking to thin down (I've been getting dip for years so know some thickness is expected). She cut my nails SO short. I showed a photo and she suggested a color but it was essentially the same color as my hands. They have so many colors for dip but for some reason none I really love. This may be a preference thing, but was put off by the price and the quality this time. read more

So I already wrote a 5 star review for VS nails a while back but have to give an additional shout out for their incredible service today. I co- hosted a children's bday party for 15 nine and ten year old girls this morning. VS nails agreed to open 30 minutes early and had 7 staff available doing custom design manicures for my daughter and her friends. They were absolutely amazing. They provided us with a table and balloons where the girls could do beading while they waited for their turn/ after nails dried ( I provided the beads of course). We also used the table to serve cupcakes. The staff was so kind, accommodating and professional. They made each girl feel important and listened to each individual's vision of how they wanted their nails to look. At 20$ per child this was such a fair price and such an outstanding product. My daughter said it was the best party she has had. To Jenny and the VS nail team: you guys are amazing!!!! Thank you. I highly recommend this place!!!! A +++++ experience. read more

I don't like a lot of nail salons as a podiatrist but this place was clean and very sanitary. I'm always afraid of getting fungal toenails but they were so meticulous in cleaning and even in their nail job. I love getting my dip nails done here because they last for almost 4 weeks when I go to get them taken off. And they have free parking! Clean new interior design and very friendly staff. Omg I can't get over how cute my nails are. This is my first time stopping in and I'm really glad I did. I got a full set of gels with a good amount of nail art. I really wanted some cute nails and they delivered. My nail technician was gentle and did an amazing job. The salon itself looks very nice and is clean. They have plastic covers for their pedicure tubs and use new tools. Everyone there was really nice and I recommend this place 100%. Just a heads up you need to tip in cash so keep that in mind. I was so pleased to see that the old Bien Assorti space has reopened under new ownership/name! My daughter and I booked a Galentine's Day spa pedicure with their grand opening special and what a treat it was. The space is spotless with brand new chairs/equipment, plenty of colors to choose form, and excellent service! A few great things I noticed: bottles of water, thorough hot oil leg massage, and sanitizing procedures. For the 2 of us, it took about 1 hr and 15 minutes including dry time for our pedicures. The nail techs were super careful about wrapping our feet before they went back into our shoes and let us know we could return to fix any smudges. First time going . I asked for a pedicure and dip manicure . I paid 75.00 for a mediocre pedicure . My toes were not filed and my cuticles were not pushed back. I had to go back less than a week because my middle finger nail dip color completely fell off. Hours later the ring finger nail chipped. My pedicure was literally less than 10 minutes . I was not offered a drink and my service was mediocre for what I paid ! Don't recommend. read more

This is usually my go-to mail place, but I will say this is the only place in my 20 years of getting pedicures I've gotten an infection. I got nicked and then she was dipping the brush with my blood in it into the acetone that has a pump lid. This is my favorite nail salon I've ever been to. I was getting acrylic full set manicures for about 4 months and have now switched to dip manicures because my natural nails have grown. I have had several different nail techs, and each one does a flawless job. The nails consistently last for 3 weeks before growing out. The atmosphere of the salon is relaxing, clean, and pleasant. Jenny is extremely professional and friendly, and so is Sammy! I haven't gotten nail art, but from what I've seen they do a great job. This was my the third time going and every girl I had was super detail oriented and very nice! They take their time and make sure your happy with your nails. I want to recommend this salon so bad but I can't. Their customer service was amazing, the woman who did my pedicure was even more amazing. But since my appointment was at 6pm, maybe towards closing, I was rushed out and my nail polish is very unsatisfactory. I got regular polish, which I know takes time to dry, but the woman who did my service came over to the drying station and said I was dry, put plastic bags on my feet to make sure the paint didn't get ruined, and then put my socks and shoes on and left immediately. I was in no rush, but I guess they were. I couldn't even figure out how to tip her without asking for another persons help. I loved my whole experience except for the end and this is how my pedicure turned out. Not pleased at all, and I can't say I would return after that. read more

Ling did my full set of acrylic pink and white nails. I'm obsessed he provided such a thorough detailed service and he was done in almost an hour, very impressive! Next I received a no chip pedicure. I have ingrown toenails from wearing sneakers often. I addressed this with my nail tech doing my pedicure and immediately I knew she knew what she was doing. She then checked all 10 toes and usually they only check the big toes. I felt very relaxed and welcomed. The mini receptionist Sophia was also very helpful towards me. She helped me select some nail polish colors and translated for me with my tech. I will be coming every two weeks, found my new nail salon! read more
