I've been looking for a new nail spot and I think this is it! Wait time: I made an apt and had to wait about 20-30mins but didn't have anywhere to be so I didn't mind. Dip Manicure: Got a dip manicure and they did a fantastic job. Friendly staff but I chose to watch Netflix on my phone so we didn't chat much. Colors: Plenty of color options for dip which I haven't seen at some places in the city. Application: The did a great dip application, nails look good even and were shaved down to look natural vs the application that can look chunky or very fake. Found this salon on yelp. It was close to by new home. The salon was not the closest to my house however it had very high ratings for cleanliness. Upon arrival you are requested to use handsome sanitizer and have my temperature taken. This salon is by appointment only. My technician name was May. I was very impressed by the array of colors and the Hi Tech equipment. My spot had a cure was very clean, only personalised equipment was used for my pedicure. The spa pedicure include callus remover and a massage. The spa pedicure include callus remover and a massage. The cost of the spa pedi was $38, however if you paid in cash there was a discount. Upon the conclusion of my pedicure, my toes were placed under a UV lamp for drying. You are very conscious about the Covid-19 pandemic this is the place to go. There was no wait for me, likely because it was an early weekday, but several returning clients started coming in not too long after. Every single staff member was so kind and attentive (sadly, not common these days..) it made my experience so much better. With prices going up everywhere, the little details count. Salon is easily accessible with parking available right in front of the salon. Salon is very clean and and even uses special pedicure liners no avoid bacteria transfer. My nails techs name was My and she was super precise and took the time to make my my no chip pedicure and dip manicure look amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Dip techniques! Omg I've been to a LOT of places to get gel and dip, and I've never seen such a clear work doing the cleaning, prepping and applying the color, I'm beyond satisfied with the results!! These are my natural nails, got DIP powder and on my toes just got regula pedicure, also got an amazing job cleaning my nails from years and years of doing either my own nails or going to not very good places I'll be back every single time now!! read more

My biggest issue is that every time I come here for an appointment it doesn't start until 30-45 mins after they told me. I thought it was just a fluke the first time but after the next 2 appointments and the same thing happened, it's clearly a normal occurrence. It's really frustrating that my time isn't valued. If they actually can't take me at the time they tell me that's fine, I would rather them say no or propose a new time that actually works. I've been to Tego a couple times now - all for gel mani/pedis. They've been able to get me in pretty quickly every time (I always call ahead) - a mix of weekend and weekday afternoons. They have a great selection of gel polish colors. I've been super satisfied with how long the gel mani and pedi have lasted as well - I've gotten almost 4 weeks out of the manicures so far. And best part during these Covid times, they were very hygienic. New tools or sanitized bc they pulled fresh tools from plastic packaging. We saw them super spray the seats down with some sanitizing mist spray machine. They check temperatures and all. Pretty quiet ambiance, not a lot of chatter. Tv on but low volume. Perfect.
