Many washing machines are out of service. Some dryers are out of order, others randomly turn off or won't dry your clothes.

Their dryer left brown marks on all of my clothes and wash it again and scrub it off.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Laundromat's customer service and their machines abilities to actually get the job done, and done right and quickly too. I normally go to another place down the road because their prices are cheaper but their machines are the old school small machines but, they don't always get your clothes totally clean. The extra $2 bucks for the washing machines that I used were definitely worth it, I could fit almost 3 normal size loads and they were done in about a half hour. And the dryers were massive and dried all my blankets and sheets for $1.50 in 30 minutes. Why I decided to leave a review today was because of the exceptional worker Judy that they had there working. She was helpful and friendly throughout the whole process and when my clothes were drying I was outside waiting Judy's shift must have ended because I came back to find a note on one of my dryers reminding me not to forget about another dryer where we were drying my brand new jacket so that it wouldn't shrink. She was so thoughtful and I appreciate a place where the employees actually care and aren't just there to make a solar and give you attitude when they're needed. It's getting harder and harder to find good customer service these days. So thank you to Judy and this establishment for caring about your customers. Avoid if possible! The machines are in terrible condition. When my washer was half done an error code appeared. If you are familiar with these washers, once it starts you can't open it; I had to call the emergency phone #. The woman appeared a few minutes later. She stank of alcohol and gave me a bratty lecture on all the things I had done wrong to cause it to break. What a drunken jerk. After moving my laundry to another machine she warned me about what might go wrong with the dryer. "Does this mean I should expect it to break?" I asked. Of course the dryer stopped working and displayed an error code. She was long gone, in search of more booze no doubt. I moved my clothes to another dryer. For the privilege of using their trash equipment I ended paying about twice as much as at another laundry net. Stay away, there are better laundry mats! read more

We bought the world's fatest feather blanket before Christmas, our machines can't handle it. This place is clean, quick and convenient. 40 minutes and $7 later, my fine feathered cover is ready for snuggles again. read more

I went there about a week ago because I needed to wash some large items. The place was absolutely filthy. Machines had crud all over the tops and fronts. Floor hadn't been swept or mopped in ages based on the look of it. The other problem was that about 1/2 of the washers and dryers were out of order. People were standing around waiting for machines to be available. It looks like the owner has given up or really doesn't care about the business anymore. About an hour after we got there, two employees did arrive and start trying to clean up and also were trying to help customers find machines that worked. While that was a good sign, it doesn't excuse the fact that the owner isn't maintaining the equipment. read more

The lady in the place was rude. I called and the gentleman told me it was 3.75 for a washer didn't tell me the prices for the different size washers just one. The lady was acting as if i went down there on purpose with incorrect change to wash my work uniform(security) so I had a clean uniform would not get in trouble for looking unprofessional. This place is very clean and have great machines. You can even pay through an app even though there are better apps. Like Shinepay, they use DexterPay. I get in and out in two hours with 5 loads. read more

The lady that was working today was very pleasant to deal with. I had issues with my machine starting, after running my card and she called tech support to fix it! After a few minutes later, the washer kicked over and all was good to go. Very clean, and bright interior. Prices are decent for each machine- as to be expected. I will be coming back again when I need to wash larger items. read more

This place is pretty awesome, the machines are all equipped to slide your card... So no need for quarters. It has a ton of machines to wash and dry with various sizes, that way you can wash large comforters with ease. It's clean and they have wifi. For being in deep southeast, I am impressed and will definitely be coming back. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. Several broken machines... I understand things break but it looks like this place hasn't been serviced in a while. Also some of the LCD screens are broken on the machines themselves. You have no way of knowing how long it's going to take to wash a load of laundry. Overall just very run down and pretty expensive. One load cost eight dollars. read more

This is my laundromat that I have used for over 2 years. I like to go early before there's a lot of customers there. It's clean, the washers and dryers take coin as well as cards. There is usually one staff person there who is friendly and can help you with most situations including refunds on machines that don't work. read more

I'm rating this place a two for the machines and a one for the owner Mark and their employee. The following, first long paragraph, is why I don't want to return to this place anymore and give this business anymore of my money and why I mostly won't /don't recommend this place to anyone. First, my experience with the owner and their employee has been disappointing. When I spoke up about two of their dryers not drying/getting hot when put on high I felt that I was met with defensiveness and like I was responsible/accountable for it not working because I didn't say something sooner from Mark's employee. And then the following day Mark gave me a call, because their employee told me to give them my name and number so that someone could contact me about the machines. And I also felt like Mark did the same thing to me that their employee did the previous night - defensive, deflecting responsibility/accountability and some gas lighting on why the machines possibly weren't working. So, I felt moved to write this review because of how upset I feel about the ways that I feel treated by both of them after reporting two Dis-functioning dryers and wanting a two dollar refund for the dryer that didn't dry my one blanket - which Mark spent a minute or more telling me that ¢0.75-$1.00 would have been enough. Just very frustrating conversation. Also $2.00 was for an hour of drying. And Mark might be right on one of the reasons they told me the machine might've not been working - that my one blanket was blocking the hot airflow from the machine - but, Mark, I still feel that your responses to me were rude, dismissive, minimizing and invalidating. Besides that the laundry machines are fine. I've usually never had too much of an issue with the machines except for when the dryers didn't dry my stuff at all or just a little and I always put my stuff on high or medium when I've come here. read more

because this place is so convenient and I can use my credit card I'm giving it four stars however there's a lot of machines that are always broken down either they are coins only or card only! the front door is usually broke and it seems to be a more stable worker on the weekends cleaning up and taking care of issues. you don't know what kind of Jenkee people are going to be in here but I guess that's what you get with going to the laundromat! read more

I use to like coming here to do laundry due to the fact that I can use my credit card. But after time and time of letting the place know that the soap wasn't coming out and after a wash it still smell drity. They never did anything about it. Because today my wife washed are clothes there after a year of not going there and came home mad cause the clothes still smell. Waste of money and time read more

I went in to the ECO wash this morning, I loaded 4 machines and paid with my debit card. My card was showed the payment went through, but the machines weren't working. Another woman that was in paid with cash and her machines weren't working either. There are several notes posted in the laundry mat that state: If you're having issues with the machines Call Randy per managements instruction. I called her and let her know her machines were out of order. She proceeded to tell me she was in traffic and I was lucky she picked up. When Randy arrives she arrived at the location she came in on the phone complaining about us calling her, she came in slamming doors talking about the customers like we weren't there. I stopped by this laundry on sunday March 1 2020 at about 5pm to dry a load of clothes and i deposited a dollar and the dry kept stopping displaying code e15. I did call to the person in charge and she told me she'll be thwre to help in about 35 minutes although she was in her office just behind tge door in the same building. She never did show up. She told me first that it was cause I've loaded too nany clothes and that I've to split the load in 2 i did that and the dryer just keep stopping. And the code displayed was a bas sensor or wiring to tge door sensor. I'll never use this facility. They don't take care of their equipment and the users are ripped off theur money. read more

Been going here for the past 6 months. Has large washing machines and dryers. Price ranges from $2.75 - $9.75 per load (depending on which size you use). Each dryer is .25 for 7-8 minutes. It is clean on the inside. read more

Clean, elegant, and modern looking. Carts available and 95 percent of the washers and dryers work which is a plus competitive pricing compared to other dirty, no parking, 50 percent of machines broken places. Ill be in the area 2 more weeks and definitely use this place 2 more times read more
