They always do an excellent job on my shirts, blazers, and slacks. My wife also recently needed several dresses cleaned for wedding season and she was very happy with the results. Same or next day service is a huge plus when I'm in a pinch. And they have always had great customer service. The prices are very reasonable but not so cheap that you're worried about the quality of their work. Really in that sweet spot. This isn't the type of business I've ever felt obligated to have loyalty for one or the other, but since I found these guys about a year ago I stopped going anywhere else. read more

I called to see if they do alterations on pants and I was told yes. Upon entering I let him know I was the person who just called. He walked back and left me waiting. After a few minutes he returned and asked what I wanted I let him know I needed the hems of 4 pants altered. He pointed me to a small hot room. After a few minutes of standing there I started saying hello. He then asked me again what I wanted and if I wanted the jumper I had on altered and if I was ready. I said no and was waiting on him to give me directions on what to do. He said his seamstress was not in and I could come back. I asked when she would be here and was told she was never here. Why have me go in the room and wait if no seamstress was coming? It made me feel so uncomfortable!! I didn't know if he wanted me to take me clothes off and try the pants on if so I would need fabric to cover my upper part. I just grabbed my items and walked out and will never return read more

Service is nice enough. Jeans have long streaks in them. I don't think they turned them inside out which would help that. One of my shirts is still dirty. read more

I took my nice wool winter coat here; when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it anywhere....turns out that was because they never cleaned it. They handed it to me in the exact condition/smell they got it, dog hair and all, claiming it had been cleaned. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift and after waiting so long for them to find it I didn't have the energy to argue so I just paid and left. read more

I gave this location a fair shot as it's almost next to my home. IMHO this place is way over priced and the customer service people are all extremely rude and condescending. They have mistreated my family members very poorly in several occasions. Wake up call, you need people skills to run a successful business. read more

We were very happy with the service we received at Imperial cleaners. My sixteen-year-old daughter spilled black acrylic paint on her tan wool coat at school. When we brought the coat into the cleaners the man explained to us the process he would take to try to get it removed and told us how difficult it is to get paint stains out of a garment. When we came back to pick up the coat 2 days later we were pleasantly surprised to find that the stain was completely removed. It was a very pleasant experience and with a fair price and a friendly employee. read more

This place is awful. They charge and insane amount for their services and they're not even complete. Two of 10 items I brought had stains and both items came back with the same stain and a tag that said any further attempts to remove stain will damage item. These were plain old, easy to remove stains. Also, I had a zipper fixed on a dress and they charged me $35. I was floored. I was tempted to leave the dress there. Not only are they expensive and unable to actually clean, but they were late on their promised date. They had the dress for over two weeks after they said it would be ready in one. This is the only dry cleaner within miles of my house, but I will not be returning there. I will drive miles out of my way on a weekly basis to avoid this place. read more

Have been going here for years. The original owner was amazing. He remembered everyone's names!!! The new guys charge way too much, have no customer service skills. They lost my wives favorite blouse. Quoted me a price and then changed their minds in person and tripled it. Not going back anymore!!! Mediocre service at top end pricing! read more
