I pulled out this big oversized hoodie that's really fluffy and showed it to him and he said yeah stuff like that. So I took it out I took it all out and said sorry I'll fix it then he says *what's wrong with all Portland people" really he then cusses at me and kicks me out after he accused me of blowing up in which I did not I simply wanted to fix whatever concern he had and get my laundry done but the guy was not leaving me alone and I was alone with him in there and he already gave me the creeps big time. I simply packed my stuff up and left and I will never return I do not recommend that laundry place to any Portland people right. So lame. If I could give a below one star I definitely would. Oh I told him I was going to tell all my Portland friends to not go there do not support the creepy guys business.

I was visiting from out of town and I needed to find a laundromat to wash our clothes. I was…read morestaying about 10 min away from the airport and didn't have a rental car so I wanted something that was on the rail line and walking distance. Most of the laundromats near the airport had to get off the rail then transfer onto bus and finally some walking. I got so comfortable with the rail that I didn't want to make it complicated (come on, Portland's payment transit system is on point, comparing to Seattle's) My experience was fairly positive. I went around 10:45a on a Wednesday and it was dead as I was the only one there. Inside was fairly clean, no bad smells and price was fair. I opted for the larger washer and it costs $6.50 a wash. Dryer prices was $0.25 per 6 minutes. What threw me off was, you had to put the quarters in FIRST then press start (ie: 5 quarters for 30 min then press start). If you put quarters in once you start, time will not go up. I found that weird so I ended up losing 50 cents when I was trying to add time on my dryer. I'm not gonna dock a star for that because I had a very positive experience. Other than that, no issues, there was a Burgerville down the road, and Goodwill next door so I kept myself busy while waiting.

This was one of the least hospitable laundromat's I've ever encountered in my entire lifetime and I've washed my laundry around the world. There is no consideration for the client here. The app is confusing for people to use. This is really disrespectful. You might as well just say flat out that you hate your customers, especially if they are poor.

I got a response back from them within 48 hours, closer to 24, and they answered all of my questions. Even made me feel better because he said that they do Ruggables all the time. I told them it had some stains on it and have never washed it. They took fantastic care of it. It looks pretty close to the way it looked when we bought it. We will definitely be taking more things there that aren't easy to wash in our smaller machine.

I would like to share a very disappointing experience I had at this laundromat…read more On the day I visited, I brought my two small dogs with me. I placed them in a shopping cart provided by the business, and I made sure to put a blanket and a cushion so they were comfortable and clean. At that moment, the manager saw my dogs, said they were very cute, and even offered them something to eat, so I assumed everything was fine. However, later an employee approached me and told me I had to remove my dogs from the cart, saying that customers place clean laundry there. I tried to explain that the manager had already seen them and did not say anything, but the employee responded in a very aggressive tone, saying that she did not care what the manager had said because she worked there and wanted the dogs removed immediately. What hurt me the most was not only what she said, but the way she said it. She raised her voice in a very harsh and aggressive manner, and several customers around us were able to hear the entire situation. I felt embarrassed and disrespected in front of everyone. I have been coming to this laundromat for almost a year and spend more than $40 each visit. It is very disappointing because I usually like the service and the environment, but this specific employee's behavior made me feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I am considering not returning, even though I have been a loyal customer.
