We hired Sean to build a custom island for our cabin's kitchen. He met with us and gave suggestions about the dimensions that were appropriate to the space. He gave me ideas about the features to include in the island one of which was a spring loaded lift for my heavy electric mixer. Now just a touch lifts and lowers it for me. He was never late, is a good communicator and listened to what we wanted and was able to give us exactly that. His workmanship is exceptional. You can't go wrong getting a quote from him. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew. We will go back to him for additional hickory cabinets and a bathroom vanity!

I was going to pay him right there and then, he said he would notify his niece and set up an account and send me the bill. Two weeks later, the bill was sent through emai, charging me the total amount $250. I called and emailed many times disputed the amount, no answer and no response from them. I also sent them a letter with a check of $100. And they sent the email again and again with the same amount of charge, threatening if not paid in full, an interest of 20% would be added until the bill was paid! they never answered their phone. It is a scam and total ripoff!

When I overlooked the work being done, I distinctly smelled alcohol on this man. While he was almost done he charged me $200.00 service call fee and said he would have to return. I just wanted him out of my house as he was complaining obnoxiously about the work his job required. I should have called the CHP and reported his condition. When I called the owner, she was apologetic and promised to return my check. She acknowledged some issues with the employee and thanked me for not reporting him. The check and my calls were never returned. I called the other chimney service and got professional young men that fixed my wood stove.
