It has been both disturbing and impressive. All joking aside, Shasta View Window Washing did an amazing job and I will definitely be using them from here on out. The attention to detail is superb, and they're friendly demeanor makes me feel comfortable letting them into my home. I highly recommend this company!

I was delighted. I told him I was willing to pay his trip to my house, he said $100，I thought it was bit too much, but didn't argue, said yes. I was going to pay him right there and then, he said he would notify his niece and set up an account and send me the bill. Two weeks later, the bill was sent through emai, charging me the total amount $250. I called and emailed many times disputed the amount, no answer and no response from them. I also sent them a letter with a check of $100. And they sent the email again and again with the same amount of charge, threatening if not paid in full, an interest of 20% would be added until the bill was paid! they never answered their phone. It is a scam and total ripoff!

Their employee showed up alone and repeated the diagnostic steps that I already had done and did not bring the equipment to move the stove. When I overlooked the work being done, I distinctly smelled alcohol on this man. While he was almost done he charged me $200.00 service call fee and said he would have to return. I just wanted him out of my house as he was complaining obnoxiously about the work his job required. I should have called the CHP and reported his condition. When I called the owner, she was apologetic and promised to return my check. She acknowledged some issues with the employee and thanked me for not reporting him. The check and my calls were never returned. I called the other chimney service and got professional young men that fixed my wood stove.

Our experience with Jason was poor…read more We contracted for a simple sidewalk from driveway to front step. The route is level and was lawn. We supplied detailed dimensions and requirements. Jason quoted $3,200. Then Jason did not respond for two days. He first claimed he had no internet or phone service. When he finally showed up, he claimed the lack of response was because he had been too sick to answer. Before coming, Jason asked to use our backhoe/loader because he had trailer issues and could not bring his equipment. We said OK. When he showed up, he did not know how to operate the backhoe or loader, or even move the tractor. After an hour of training Jason, he started removing the existing turf. In doing that, he damaged our deck and promised to repair it (he did not). We served Jason lunch. He quit at 2:30, saying he would be back to finish the following day. He left tools scattered around our property. He did not return the following day and did not respond to requests for his plan. The third day, Jason showed up near noon and said he would not complete the job or replace the grass. Jason said that the grass removal he had done benefited us and that we should be grateful. He became hostile, abandoned the contract and the job, leaving us with damage and a mess. We are senior citizens. After receiving law enforcement assistance and recommendations regarding a safe method with a hostile person, we returned Jason's tools to his location in Yreka. Instead of the contracted sidewalk, we have a damaged deck and a dirt entry path with no grass. What was grass will become a dangerous, slippery, muddy path this winter. That mud will track into our home. Jason has endless and creative excuses. Given our experience with Jason, we do not believe that even with a clear contract, quality work, lack of damage, or job completion is likely.
