Mark came in and easily took over the project with grace. He fixed a couple issues with the previously installed shades, and helped us find solutions for the rest of the windows we wanted covered. When a mistake was found on a couple shades, Mark quickly and courteously resolved the issues and replaced the shades. I was impressed with his kindness, and his easy attitude. I contacted Redding Drapery and Blinds from whim purchased the shades. They couldn't help me. I would need to pay for shipping and repairs. And I would need to package and send them myself. They don't have any problem doing business in Redding California but apparently they find it necessary to charge for repairs. Apparently the warranty doesn't cover the strings!! I will never do business with Redding Draper Blinds or Hunter Douglas again. I'm about to purchase a new home and plan on putting shades in, Will not be Hunter Douglas shades.

I declined after the mess with the first cleaning. i will now have to replace these blinds down the road because of the spots on them. could have taken the seventy plus dollars on each of them and applied it to new ones. my bad

The big box stores have employees from garden who have just moved to paint and picking the incorrect color for my color blind eyes.
