When we bought our home we quickly realized there were dozens of design decisions to be made. It…read morebecame overwhelming. Thank goodness for Grace Parry at Dwell Interiors. Our initial agreement was to select a color palette that created a 'cabin in a National Park' feeling. The color choices were perfect and the further along we got the more we asked her to take on. Paint colors, cabinet refinishing, hardware selection, custom closet build in, overhead beams, curtains, lighting fixtures, new garage door, carpet and LVP flooring. She managed all the subcontractors, scheduling and sign offs. Invoices were clear and reasonable. We never would have gotten this far or been as happy if we had tried to do ourselves. It was totally worth it, and we will be back for her expertise when we are ready to tackle the bathrooms. Grace is personable and easy to work with. Give her a call to go from 'meh' to WOW!

Tina was very patient with me as I waffled over the type of blinds I wanted as well as the new Living Room furniture. She carries made in USA furniture that made me wait for custom furniture for only 6 months instead of the 9-18 months that I am hearing from my friends. I live out of state and I use Tina because she knows what I want and need. I also order my blinds from her and they come in a timely manner and perfect fit. I truly recommend her to anyone who wants quality and budget wise furniture, drapes, blinds, etc.

We hired Tina to remodel our office including new LVT flooring. She failed to do the required…read moremoisture test and we have had 'seepage'. She admitted fault for not testing and using any sealant. She fixed one office with us paying for the sealant. She has refused to fix our lobby (a much larger area). She opened a claim with her insurance Co, who have offered us less than the replacement costs. She refuses to fix her job. We filed a claim with the contractors board and they recommend we take her to small claims. After a couple years of trying to get her to do the right thing we are moving forward with a new flooring company, paying more that her insurance co paid us and having the work done during business hours. The original work was done on the weekend, but her insurance co refuses to pay the weekend rate. We are not happy. She was nice until the issues started. Then she tried everything she could to blame us. Even going so far as to call out a Leak Detection Co to find 'our leak". There was no leak. She still said it must be a leak we have. Just mind boggling that she would not fix her own admitted faults. I don't understand how she plans to stay in business when she won't stand behind her work. She is expensive, and certainly NOT worth it.

While I understand there are those who do not believe the science of COVID, it seems to me from a business position, the sales person working with me would want to wear a mask when I expressed concern that she did not. I have lost a friend and have family members still reeling from the virus; I have a condition that requires I be careful. Therefore, from plain old ethical 'business practices' when I expressed concern a second time on the phone discussing my purchase receipt, the salesperson slammed me with her response. It was insulting. She let me know that my concern was insignificant because "there's all sorts of information out there." I bought a floor piece that day for a great price. I was going to order much more furniture and lots and lots of window coverings! What happened to good old fashioned service to the customer? I guess this EA doesn't need business. The 2 stars are for the gentleman, Bob, who called me very soon after my purchase to set up a delivery AND for respectfully wearing a mask at my home. Thank you, Bob and your assistant. I am grateful for your professionalism.
