I purchased the sun/wind sensor which ended up being a total pain in the butt. Too many trees blowing in the wind and shade moving around throughout the day for that to work correctly. I would have appreciated Shelly's expertise in that area due to the high cost of the sensor. When I asked to return it I was only given less then half the full value back. One last thing, it would have been nice for Shelly to call me a few days after the shade was installed to make sure I was happy. Never heard from her again after the initial sale until I needed to call her regarding the sensor. But I really do love the big beautiful shade!

We hired them for a complete master bathroom remodel: replacing a fiberglass shower insert with a stunning Sentrel shower surround; moving the toilet and the HVAC register from the weird locations the builders chose in 1976; and installing a new vanity, recessed ceiling lights, and exhaust fan. We also had them install the same kind of fan and lights in our front bathroom. William produced one of the most detailed proposals I have ever seen, and subsequent change orders were a breeze, partly because of the project management software system they use, but mostly because their personal communication is stellar. There were a few days that we also had other service professionals working in the house, which meant having to deal with a lot of moving parts, and all of this was occurring in the wake of having lost my father. Heather helped me manage the chaos, providing both professional and emotional support with incredible patience and kindness. I am not sure about the what or when of our next remodeling project, but I am sure about who: Advisor Construction!

They installed a LiftMaster commercial unit to open and close the gate. we have had several issues with the lift master unit, but Greg has been there immediately to investigate them and fix them for us. His after installation service clearly is rated at 10 out of 10. One time I called because the gate was partially open and we couldn't figure out how to move it either direction, and he was there within 15 minutes of my caught Phone call. That's what you called. Real Service. I recommend ultra fencing, but might be hesitant to install another lift, master unit.
