They repeatedly had communication issues with us and the insurance company and TWO YEARS LATER had only installed a temp pole, dug a hole trying to find our well, and rebuilt a water tank and pressure tank with a USED booster pump. They charged our insurance 2,145.00 for that used pump (it was OUR OLD PUMP they NEVER replaced it) and told us that the reason why the pvc pipe kept breaking was because of PG&E power fluctuations. We had to pay out of pocket for another company to come fix their error after multiple problems with it. They tried to charge us for repairing this problem and even threatened to put a lien on our property for not paying them to repair their error. FINALLY, we parted ways with a threat to the CSLB in 2020 and found a new contractor, just in time for the Covid material cost increases. We should have filed our complaint with the CSLB and taken them to court. I suggest you have your contract looked at by a contract attorney if you decide to go with this company. You may have to hire a secretary to deal with them and try to get them to respond to you because it was a nearly full-time job for me. We have tried to make the owner/manager aware of the issues we experienced but we don't know if he doesn't care of if the local office is preventing our concerns from reaching him. I'll let these pictures speak for themselves…read more These were taken a week after the install of new granite countertops in our laundry room. They are not wet from the saw. Ric says he's seen this before, that it's glue the installers didn't remove during install. If it's been seen before why is this still an issue? Why did the installer leave my home with counters looking like this? Just. Wow. In addition they slopped shiny silicon in the cracks of the backsplash on a matte granite. I don't know how they're going to fix it or when. We're still waiting for any communication to tell us when and how they're going to fix this. If it gets fixed I'll update the review to reflect such. Right now, of course I can't recommend them. Completely unacceptable. Update: still no call about fixing it. Why do we have to chase them down when they messed up? Horrible customer service. And not even the slightest apology yet for the trouble. We have to take another day off work and my contractor is pushed back further thanks to this.

The price was about one-third of what we were quoted for a solid quartz piece, and it would be much lighter, which was another concern of mine. We scheduled an appointment and brought the tabletop in. After choosing a color that matched our existing counters almost perfectly, Megan told us it would be ready in just a couple of hours. They all came out and looked at our roof and gave us quotes. The quotes ranged from a low of $22,000 up to over $50,000. We then contacted Chico Roofing Company because we had 2 different friends recommend them. The salesperson (Cal) came out and was professional, personable and not pushy. He explained the roof replacement process explaining the different layers and product to be used. He then reviewed with us the warranty of the roof itself and of the workmanship. 50 years on the roof and 25 years on the workmanship. Their quote was less than $25,000 and when you take in the warranty factor it was by far the best deal. We signed on with them and they did a great job. The attention to detail of the crew and of their Foreman (Jessie) was top notch. Bill, the owner stopped by to check on the crew as well as to see if we had any questions on numerous occasions throughout the process. I've mentioned it to the crew and to friends that corners are not cut to save time when you warranty the craftmanship for 25 years.
