We had purchased window coverings at big-box stores in the past and they never fit exactly right, and they didn't last for more than a few years. We didn't want to do that again! We found exactly what we were looking for at D-N-T. When Steve came to measure our windows, he brought samples with him so that we could see how the color would look with our indoor lighting. And, when he installed the shades in all of our rooms a couple of weeks later, the finished product was stunning! Instead of asking if wed like to finance, she IMMEDIATELY swiped my husbands card. We had to ask her to remove it, so we could discuss financing, and her whole personality swapped the second we brought it up. The guy next to her was VERY nice and understanding but the second we mentioned financing the woman kind of just stared at us. The nice facade disappeared. We were denied financing. She proceeded to try to pressure us to just straight up buy it. We're new home owners trying to make finances stretch... that wasnt happening, not for 2k. So we told her we'd be back another day after running numbers. The man at the desk was super friendly said it wasnt a problem but the woman, kind of just sat there and glared at us.
