We found exactly what we were looking for at D-N-T. When Steve came to measure our windows, he brought samples with him so that we could see how the color would look with our indoor lighting. Why? 1) there's NO help with measuring your screens, just vague, verbal, seat-of-the-pants "guidelines"...no specific or written instructions at all...unless you want to pay the high-high service fee and have them do an on-site. DIY is sketchy at best 2) looong re-screening lead times...and actually, looooong lead times if buying new screens. We did both, it took 5-weeks for a small job. Not a big house we have. 3) They say they'll "contact you" when stuff is ready for pickup...guess what? Never a call...or email...or text. Nada 4) Rudeness. There's just an "attitude" with these people. Unfriendly vibe. So, no, I can't review them low enough. Use them at your own discretion. I bet donuts to dollars you'll come away just like me.

Instead of asking if wed like to finance, she IMMEDIATELY swiped my husbands card. We had to ask her to remove it, so we could discuss financing, and her whole personality swapped the second we brought it up. The guy next to her was VERY nice and understanding but the second we mentioned financing the woman kind of just stared at us. The nice facade disappeared. We were denied financing. She proceeded to try to pressure us to just straight up buy it. We're new home owners trying to make finances stretch... that wasnt happening, not for 2k. So we told her we'd be back another day after running numbers. The man at the desk was super friendly said it wasnt a problem but the woman, kind of just sat there and glared at us. Not a great experience. Not to mention the prices are insane. They had stools by the front door for over $300... we wont be returning. Home depot is cheaper AND has nicer employees.

This was my first trip to Diamond so when I walked in I was greeted and asked if they could help me. What a clean and friendly store, I was looking for plumbing parts for a project. The super friendly gal who greeted me walked me down to the isle where the plumbing supplies were and ask what I was looking for, I was looking for a 1 1/4 threaded pvc cap, she pointed and told me I would find it in that general area, sure enough there it was , I thanked her for the outstanding service and she told me that that was just normal. This store offered plants, building supplies, all the things that you would find at the big box stores , only they were focused on customer service.
