DIY is sketchy at best 2) looong re-screening lead times...and actually, looooong lead times if buying new screens. We did both, it took 5-weeks for a small job. Not a big house we have. 3) They say they'll "contact you" when stuff is ready for pickup...guess what? Never a call...or email...or text. Nada 4) Rudeness. There's just an "attitude" with these people. Unfriendly vibe. So, no, I can't review them low enough. Use them at your own discretion. I bet donuts to dollars you'll come away just like me.

The careful, highly skilled (and very friendly and communicative) staff and technicians at Bill's Glass did a STELLAR job with a new windshield, including removing the remnants of a quite sloppily done replacement, from several years previous. They also noticed how ill-fitting our windshield wipers were (aftermarket from Costco) and replaced those with CORRECT, lower profile blades. They are a delight to do business with.
