    Kale and yellow beet salad
    Christina L.

It was Restaurant Week and a great time to try new places. We did a double date during lunch and each ordered from the pre fix menu. Each couple ended up getting one of each offering and that allowed is to share and taste a few items. It was a four course meal that started with gazpacho, choice of salad, choice of sandwich and choice of dessert. We did make reservations and the dining room is very spacious and you can see the kitchen which I thought was cool. There seemed to be a limited bar menu so we didn't order anything special. The service was great from seating, to serving water, our dishes and clearing our table.

Went for dinner, service was outstanding, suggestions for appetizers were amazing! The pork belly burnt ends had so much flavor! The sweet and fire cauliflower are a must! Cooked to perfection with a little kick! Get the tomato, cucumber, watermelon with red onion salad, trust me it will help with the kick from the cauliflower! The ribeye cap was amazing, had incredible flavor! I ordered the 8oz filet, Pittsburgh medium rare (I love me some char) the chef nailed it! The chimichurri sauce was delicious and a must! We wanted dessert but were stuffed from all of the amazing food! The restaurant is very modern, very bright. I prefer the lights to be slightly dim for dinner. Overall an amazing experience!

We stopped by Echo & Rig for lunch and overall had a really solid experience. The space is clean, modern, and has that upscale-but-still-comfortable vibe that makes it easy to enjoy your meal without feeling overly formal. Service was friendly and attentive, which I always appreciate. I will say, I was a little disappointed with the lunch menu. I had my heart set on the rib cap, but found out it's not offered during lunch, and unfortunately they were also out of the skirt steak, which is what I was really looking forward to. That part was a bit of a letdown. That said, we still had a good meal. My husband went with the signature burger and fries, which were cooked perfectly and super satisfying. I ordered the Wagyu filet tenderloin, and it was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right, definitely a great choice. Even with a couple menu hiccups, the quality of the food and overall experience made it worth the visit. I'd absolutely come back, next time for dinner so I can finally try that rib cap.

First and foremost, my 3-stars has everything to do with ambiance (or lack thereof), and awful acoustics. Their decor choice is greatly lacking and a poor utilization of space. It has nothing to do with their menu, quality of food, or service. I frequent the bar because that's where my friends like to hang out the dining room is not appealing, and just a bunch of random tables on the floor. The acoustics are slightly better in the bar, and when you're deaf in 1 ear...it matters. A lot! I always order the same thing: medium filet w/garlic mash, mac & cheese, and the watermelon salad when available. I never finish my meal and bring home tons of food. Granted I'm small and eat like a bird, but it's enough for next days lunch & a snack. HA! Always good - consistency matters and I love knowing I am getting something amazing. Warning: if you've only experienced the Summerlin location, The District location is very different, from taste, to service, to decor...everything. Why? Not sure. It's just different. It's amazing in its own right so have reasonable expectations. If you're pleasantly surprised and I'm wrong...so be it. Pricing is reasonable imo compared to other similar establishments. I ate an identical meal at Golden Steer about a year ago and while similar in price, I wished I went to Echo. If only they offered Coke products and carrot cake...I'd be here nightly!

This is where the magic happens. Just look at that grill... It was amazing to watch those meats being prepared.

Okay, if you've been a reader of my Yelp reviews for any period of time, you know that I don't wax poetic about too many places. I appreciate a fine dining experience, and I also appreciate a good bargain. Echo and Rig has to be in my top five meals of all time. For starters, the place is a little deceiving. When you walk in, you can feel your wallet cinch up like it's about to be assaulted. The wait staff was dressed very upscale, the place was neat as a pin, and the interior looked like one of those very expensive steakhouses. We got taken to our booth, and we're immediately brought some water. Awesome and attentive wait staff. Not hovering, or overbearing, but they were absolutely perfect. Our waiter Alex was top notch. First thing he did was take our drink orders, and then scurried back to the kitchen. A few moments later he brought out an order of fried olives and their fried spinach salad on the house. Let me tell you something as someone who kind of stopped liking olives, since I had worked out at all lip processing plant, I reluctantly tried one. Wow, was not expecting that. That. It was wonderful and I would absolutely order those again! The fried spinach salad was amazing and that vinegarette that they put on it just took it to a whole nother level. It was one of the best salads I've ever had. I ordered the ribeye steak, and my girl friend had the wagyu filet. I normally have my steaks done medium rare but Alex's suggestion of going rare was spot on. Seriously! This was one of the best steaks I have ever had in my life! I chose the mushroom sauce to go with it and that was a perfect choice.. I tried a bite of my girlfriend's wagu filet, and that thing literally melted in my mouth. I don't even think you'd have to use a knife to cut it. Both dishes came with a panko stuffed mushroom, which was amazing. We also ordered a couple sides. The broccolini, and the garlic mash potatoes. Absolutely wonderful! Like no kidding, every bite was fantastic. It's very rare that I've had an experience at a restaurant that hit on all cylinders, food quality service atmosphere, and price. Echo and Rig nailed it on all accounts. So let's talk about price for a second. I was blown away at the price of the steaks. Like no kidding, I would have expected (and would have paid) 120 bucks for the steak I got. It was that good! But the price was only $48 for that steak, and it was cooked perfectly and tasted like a million bucks! But the hits aren't done yet! Since it was my girlfriend's birthday they brought out a turtle crunch Sunday. OMG! What an amazing capper to an already amazing deal. I could have eaten three bowls of that stuff. Thank goodness, I have some semblance of self-control. Bottom line? I would have given this place 10 Stars if Yellp would have let me. But since I can only give five, I will tell you that it was definitely worth 10 Stars in my book! Run, do not walk to this place as it will definitely change your life, and become your next favorite steakhouse.

Lobster Cigars excellent, little greasy, but 4/5. I dabbed it w/ paper napkins. The Butchery on the right is no longer there but you can order meats still. The wines by the glass were limited. My server Jaquoia never brought utensils or a napkin for the food. That is the first thing to set up I'd say. After that I overheard the couple next to me say the food they ordered was ok, not worth it. Everyone's preference is different, but no ambience & super slow service. The restaurant had less than 10 people so utensils should've been more attentive as a bartender. I almost walked out because it took so long to get a menu. Most of the time she was on the other side of the bar leading me to get the check & leave. Honestly, there are too many great restaurants w/ excellent service in Vegas to waste my time coming back.

Stopped by my favorite place for brunch and small plates teaser. Had the Portobello Fries and a crab cake. The service was excellent.

    Revise steak sandwich

The steaks and revise and meat was delicious. Flavor was fantastic. The service was also amazing. If you're with someone that isn't eating their crispy onions that come with their steak put that in the ribeye steak sandwich... amazing. One quick note... If you yourself run a little hot... the chairs that they have don't breathe very well so you tend to run a little hot as you're sitting in their chairs. Last note, the burnt ends were pretty good but I have had better.

The staff and service were pretty great. They were friendly and kept checking in with us. We never once had to ask for more water or drinks or anything. Unfortunately, the food wasn't up to par. I was quite excited to try this place after hearing great reviews. The food just had zero taste. You can tell they missed the mark on seasoning. Everything just tasted bland. Nothing blew me away. However, the texture of the steak was perfect and cooked so well but there was zero taste. The only thing we had that was really good was the side of thick cut bacon. The presentation and the sauce that came with it was very tasty. I can't fault the staff or service. Everything was great, just wished the food had more flavor.

My man and I came here for our anniversary. Everything tasted amazing and the atmosphere was so fancy and beautiful! The staff were very nice and went above and beyond! They even brought us out a free dessert unexpectedly. We will be back for sure!

First time at this restaurant, I like it a lot. We had some burgers and smoked salmon, both very good. I would consider this burger to be more of a fancy burger- evidently they use their own steak to make these. Something I especially like about this restaurant is how clean and spacious it is, and the excellent service we received from three different staff. I was especially pleased with our waiter, Michael (thank you, sir). I recommend this restaurant and we'll definitely be back.

Broccolini + mash potatoes + t bone steak
    Tony M.

Had an incredible experience for dinner! Normally go to the tivoli location but this was a nice switch up. Service was impeccable our server Alex was amazing and Austin the manager was thoughtful enough to come around and congratulate us on the anniversary. Ambiance was vibrant and very elegant. I love when I can see the kitchen moving and groovin in full swing. Open floor layout with mosaics on the pillars of the restaurant We started with the table side fluffy bread and oyster! They were phenomenal alittle sweet and with that horseradish cream, Jesus take the wheel!! Highly recommend. Also got the crab cake which was good but had some filler to it. The spicy cream sauce that they had was outrageously good. Definitely worth a try! We ordered a marg and old fashioned for drinks. The cut of steak we wanted was sold out so we got a 25oz t bone which was pretty good. They came out with six sauces the blue cheese and Mushroom something sauces were my favorites next tot he chimmichurri and the Demi glaze. Also got broccolini and mash potatoes both were delightful. Highly recommend the mash potatoes They were kind enough to bring us alil night cap espresso martini and a dessert that was tremendously good, had toffee on the bottom with vanilla ice cream and Carmel ontop! Phenomenal dinner Also have HH and daily food specials and $5 drinks. What's not to love!

I was the only one eating but my family all ordered drinks. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was really freaking good. I'm obsessed with hot honey these days and it really hit the spot. The meat is fantastic, the bun is excellent, but I'm just not a special sauce kind of person. All they need to do to make their burger really awesome is to carry some BBQ sauce. That's it. This entire establishment does not contain any form of BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, I am not somebody who would ever put it on a good steak! But burgers, wings, fries, this place offers a number of things that could be elevated by keeping a few bottles of BBQ in the fridge. Just give me the option, you don't even need to list it on the menu. I used to love the beef stroganoff that they had for a while, but I guess it must not have been popular because they got rid of it. It seems that in it's place they started offering a Shepards pie. I was excited about this meal until it arrived and the potatoes were filled with cheese. A Shepards pie does not traditionally have any cheese. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

There is a Restaurant.com certificate you can buy for $50 and get $50 off so take advantage of that. The minimum purchase is $100. For my first drink, I'm having the Underground Manhattan made with orange-infused whiskey, sweet vermouth and orange bitters. It's not super strong but it will pass. They use a few above average-sized ice cubes, which is nice, but the single large ice cube is the better choice. It's not a huge pour either. Decent garnish. For $10, this isn't bad. This place has a 1030's feel to it including the appearance and music. The immediately serve you a glass of complementary ice water (which is filtered). They also bring out the complementary bread and whipped butter. There are actually three types of breads. For my first item, I'm having a bowl of tomato basil soup. Tomato basil soup is a flavorful and versatile dish, often made with tomatoes, fresh basil, onions, garlic, and broth. It can be prepared with fresh or canned tomatoes and can be made creamy with heavy cream or dairy-free by using milk, coconut milk, or a dairy-free alternative. The soup is typically pureed for a smooth texture and is delicious served with grilled cheese, crusty bread, or a side salad. This is yummy! It's nice and hot too. There quite a bit of basil in this too. For my salad, I'm having a Caesar Side Salad (light on cheese and dressing). This is made with tossed chopped romaine lettuce, house croutons, freshly grated Romano cheese and Caesar dressing. This was made just the o asked. Good job! The bottom of the salad is a whole romaine lettuce leaf. That's new. For my entree, I'm having the Salmon Pomodoro which is grilled salmon topped with a spinach pomodoro sauce and served with a side of sun-dried tomato polenta. Polenta is a dish made from boiled cornmeal, originating from Northern Italy. It can be served as a warm, creamy porridge, often topped with sauces or cheese, or allowed to cool and then baked, fried, or grilled. Polenta's texture varies based on the grind of the cornmeal--coarser grinds result in a firmer, more textured polenta, while finer grinds create a smoother, creamier dish. Pomodoro sauce is a simple Italian tomato sauce made primarily from tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and fresh basil. The flavor comes from sautéing garlic in olive oil, adding the tomatoes, and simmering with basil. While onions are often included, they are sometimes omitted for a purer tomato taste. This salmon dish is good! The salmon has nice outer crunch and is cooked perfectly. I love the pomodoro sauce and polenta! For my sides, I'm having steamed broccoli, sautéed mushrooms (domestic and portabella mushrooms sautéed in olive oil and garlic) and meatballs (two jumbo housemate meatballs with their own marinara sauce and Romano cheese). The meatballs are good with a nice crust. Broccoli is perfect. The mushrooms have a lot of flavor. For my last drink, I'm having the 1930 French 75 made with Bombay Sapphire gin, limoncello and champagne. It's quite good and much stronger than the last drink. For dessert, I'm having the creme brûlée. Crème brûlée is a rich custard dessert with a hard, brittle layer of caramelized sugar on top. It is made from a simple base of cream, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla, which is baked and then chilled. The signature topping is created by sprinkling sugar on the chilled custard and caramelizing it with a kitchen torch or broiler just before serving. This came out quick! Nice blueberry garnish. It tastes great! What a fantastic meal here!

We made a reservation at 5 pm and there was a significant line outside, clearly for the happy hour, but we were here for a nice dinner. We got seated in a beautiful booth. Our server got us water and bread and asked what we wanted to drink. We both picked out a nice Cabernet on the menu knowing we were going for steak that night. We decided to split the 10 oz Wagyu filet minion. We got a side of mash potatoes to go with because we wanted room for dessert later. They put the filet on two separate plates...very nice, and we ordered a peppercorn sauce to go with the steak, but it did not need it...it was marvelous. The mash was great also. They had lovely music in the background and they spaced out their patrons so we had a ton of privacy...this is just great business practice!! For dessert we got the chocolate fondant cake...gorgeous and absolutely delicious! I am so getting back here. Our server was beyond amazing!!

Anthony's Sunday brunch was a little underwhelming. After booking four months in advance, the…read moreDelivery fell flat. The restaurant is beautiful, the servers are fantastic and so attentive. The food well it's very average and in some cases below. Prime rib- either overdone or incredibly fatty Beef Wellington- overdone, the pastry and the mushroom pate do not all stay together, it falls apart when they are cutting it Lamb chops- very tasty, but you need to get them medium rare because once they pass that point, they are tough Lobsters - what you would expect over flavored and dry Crab legs- typical crab legs, sweet when you can get the meat out. They do offer crab crackers, so that helps to save your hands Shrimp- it is the wet kind of almost slimy kind, not that I expected them to have dry jumbo shrimp but I wish they had upgraded it just a little bit Caprese salad- tomatoes were mushy, but the balsamic was quite delicious Deviled eggs- yummy Bagels and lox- bagels were like small hockey pucks. The lox was fresh and delicious. Hot food- I didn't have any, my husband ate a few items and said they were decent nothing fantastic Lobster bisque- for a creamy soup. It was good, but the lobster was very dry and it gave it an awful flavor. Fruit platter- beautiful selection of fresh fruit. The dragon fruit was amazing and so was the watermelon. The strawberries if you got the real ripe ones were so sweet and juicy. Desserts Cake pops- very rich and moist- heavy on the icing Crème brûlée- by far my favorite I could've eaten 10 of those little things Carrot cake- dry, but still good They have tons of desserts to choose from those are the ones that we picked All in all, it wasn't terrible, but it is not something that I would race back to, nor would I wait 4 1/2 months to go back to again. They have a huge spread of food- a lot of people were there- the atmosphere was fantastic- I would go for dinner, but I don't think I do the buffet again

The hostess was so nice to invite me back, I was wearing a pair of simple slides and jeans but discovered the dress is pretty casual at 4:00 pm. We sat at the bar for drinks and small bite to eat, the portions were fine especially for the price. We got the small plates deals I believe start at 4:00 pm. You can get small bites for under $10 We enjoyed Palomas and dessert with our food. We ordered the flourless chocolate cake and it was amazing! Definitely going back for that alone. Sliders were good, a lot of flavor. My tacos were too salty, probably won't order again. Thanks to Ian and Yovan for a great experience.

Mother's Day; I have a reservation at 7:45 PM. We get there and check in at 7:40 PM very shortly…read moreafter they send a text and say you're ready. We go to the counter to be seated in the manager is there wiping off some menus and without even saying hello he just looks at me and says we're cleaning off tables and I politely said we just received the text and we are here. He then says in a very unprofessional tone and rather loudly. " we are cleaning off table tables" I don't know what his issue is, but I let that slide. We are now seated at our table. We ordered drinks and my drink is brought to me quickly, but my wife's drink is never brought. I tell the waiter and he doesn't know what happened. It takes our order and then goes to get her drink. We are sitting there while other people have been seated next to us and receive their food and started eating. Yep our food never came out of the kitchen. I asked the waiter 45 minutes later what is going on then he comes back telling us the kitchen is backed up. Total lie., how is it backed up when other people seated next to us later than us are eating before us? This is the last time we will eat here. It has gone downhill since my first review and I have just never updated my review. Note to the manager, I am from Los Angeles, I have eaten at steakhouses in New York and Dallas. If if you moved this location to any one of these three cities, it would actually be the equivalent of a Denny's. Do not talk to customers who are paying like a fourth class citizen if you worked for me, you would be fired
