Great business. Great people. Great product. But the follow up service is suffering. Very Slow reply to email or tickets. No one answers the phone. You get a voice machine stating they do not call back and ask people to log an online service ticket. Basically they are understaffed to support the simple questions from buyers. Also I am an electro mechanical engineer and their on-line install videos forget to include many steps. There are no paper instructions in the kits. Nothing!. Had to find a utube video from some else to solve the issue. So even though they tell you the instructions are on line, they are poorly done and incomplete. On the Good Side. Prospective customers should approach ENVO and their retail subsidiary, EbikeBC, with significant caution. My experience with both the Veemo trike and the company's post‑sale conduct has been unacceptable. Four months after purchasing the trike, I have still not been able to ride it, and the company has shown little willingness to take responsibility for the condition in which it was delivered. Before purchasing, I was explicitly assured that I would receive advance notice of shipment, including a delivery date, and that the trike would arrive fully assembled and ready to ride. Neither commitment was honored. Instead, the trike arrived with multiple defects that rendered it unsafe and inoperable. These included: - A wiring connection too short to reach the display screen, preventing the trike from powering on - A brake disc installed backwards, with stripped hardware - An accessory power switch that did not function - Handlebars that rotated freely to the point of becoming vertical - Fenders that struck the frame, preventing the trike from turning When I reported these issues, EbikeBC insisted that the trike was "operating as designed." One representative even claimed that the fenders were intended to hit the frame during a turn--an explanation that defies basic mechanical logic. I requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) three times, as required under EbikeBC's own terms of sale. Each request was ignored or deflected. Instead of honoring their contractual obligations, the company advised me to revisit the initial setup to avoid "significant restocking and return costs." At EbikeBC's direction, I obtained a professional inspection from a certified bicycle mechanic. The findings were unequivocal: "At time of inspection, the vehicle was not delivered in a safe or ready‑to‑ride condition. Multiple assembly deficiencies were present, including critical steering and braking faults that would ordinarily be identified during basic final assembly and quality control checks. While several issues were corrected, functional defects remain that cannot be resolved without manufacturer intervention." Despite this independent assessment, ENVO and EbikeBC continue to insist that the trike was delivered in road‑ready condition. This position is not supported by the facts. After twenty‑eight emails, a formal inspection, and months of waiting, the trike remains in my local bicycle shop, unusable. Based on my experience, customers should be aware that once payment is made, meaningful support may be extremely difficult to obtain from EbikeBC and ENVO, even when the product arrives in unsafe condition. read more

WORST experience ever. I ordered a Lynx as part of the BC ebike rebate. I told them I had to spend two thousand dollars, I wanted the red model and I had to receive it by the rebates guidelines timeline. They sent me a black bike, that I received late for the rebates deadline, which sent me for a spin as I didn't know if they would accept this lateness. My rebate was expired! i emailed repeatedly : NO ANSWER. I called : you cannot speak to anyone. Left a message : no one answered. Finally I drove to the store which is far for me. The sales person was flushed, apologetic, they said they would send someone within the week to exchange the black bike with a red one. The driver comes, rushes through, he pulls out a red bike, not in a box, hands me the invoice to sign, while I suddenly see that the bike is scratched, I made a note on the invoice. He leaves and as I inspect the bike I see that it has rust on in, dirt on the gears, on the frame, scratches everywhere... They send me a year old bike that sat in the rain. this instantly voids the rebate: it's for a new bike . Awful, just awful. so incredibly disappointing. Don't be tempted. The marketing is brilliant and that is where the brilliance stops. Zero customer service. read more

We purchased a e from this company and it was shipped to us in Florida. It arrived with a used battery and the charger was the wrong charger. For that battery. I could tell the battery was used because there was road dust in the seams of the battery. We at least asked for a charger that was compatible with that battery and it's been a month and we have not received any contact. They have one star because they really don't want to talk to you. Beyond poor. Now we have a bike with a dead battery that cannot be used. read more

Ordered a conversion kit, asked them to look it over for completeness (they did, saying also that the boxes had been sealed in the warehouse). when I went to install it, I found the following was missing: * a special nut & washer for the replacement wheel * an extension cable from the controller to the motor. the instructions say it is a required item. * a bag to hold the controller (the one they instruct you to cut a hole in it for cables to exit!) * a way to connect the headlight which had the wrong gender of connector * no "torque arm"; they recommend it but then didn't include or offer it when I purchased. I tried to reach them by phone but wasn't able to reach anyone. finally, I used the web site "chat" feature. they didn't reply about the headlight. it was almost a week before the "expedited" parts got *sent* to me. the "headlight compatibility problem" didn't become any clearer as the project was completed. I initiated another technical support for which there was no reply. they insisted on having photos of the two obviously-incompatible same-gender connectors. you'd think this would be an easy question to answer and yet, I received no reply. after about 4 days, I initiated contact again asking what we were going to do with this problem. they said I should come by for a "compatible" headlight. In person, they seem to be nice enough people; maybe they're a victim of their own success or don't really know how to run a business like this. Curiously, the kit works quite well although we've only had it for a very short time. It'd be a shame to have what might be a good product held back by everything else about the business. no written instructions included with the kit; you need to search for that yourself on their web site. I think written instructions should come with the kit. So, my rating is completely overshadowed by absolutely terrible customer service, product completeness, and technical support. read more

Bought 2 bikes, so far I am not overly impressed with the customer service. Pre Sales / delivery walk through is lacking pretty much entirely unless you persist and ask the questions. Poor explanations of workings if you are not familiar. Do not even try to phone them for simple questions, all you get is a "send technical a message" either form or email. A simple 2 minute conversation would resolve. e.g. entering setup mode (double click the M) button is sporadic. You certainly have to be patient. read more

I ordered a bike in June, fully aware I would be receiving it late August per their delivery schedule. The Bike arrived damaged, and I have now been back and forth with support for 3 weeks waiting for resolution. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and their chat, phone, and email support is generally either busy, or unavailable. When I am able to reach someone, they are not aware of my situation even though I have contacted them multiple times just to check the status of my inquiry. Email has proven to be the most reliable way to get a hold of them, but I wait days for responses for something I feel should be resolved in a few business days. When I do get a response, they ask for information I've already provided, wasting my time and theirs. I have reached the point where I've requested a refund and they are now ignoring me. I've tried to contact them multiple times. I no longer have faith in them as a company, and would hate to keep this bike and deal with the same sort of dismissive support if any sort of warranty issue ever came up. Furthermore, since I'm not local I can't simply come to their place of business and talk to them about this matter personally. This has been an absolutely terrible experience and I really feel as if the company does not care about their customers. The price point might look good, but the hassle is not worth the trouble. Stick with a reputable ebike seller instead. read more

I bought an Envo D-35 from them a couple of weeks ago. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The place was clean and they were observing Covid-19 safety protocols. I test rode the bike, bought one, and they helped load it in my car. I will update again after I have used the biike enough, but so far it performs well. read more

I ordered a bike online that was in stock on May 16/23 . After not getting any confirmation of order by email I waited 3 days. Subsequently I emailed them and asked them about my order, I got a ticket # for my order and their response was simply "too early " regarding my request. They received my full payment on May 16/23 for the bike, yet I had heard nothing from them. I contacted them again on May 21/23 about my enquiry and was told that yes they had received my payment and forwarded me a copy of the May 16 invoice. That's it here we are on May 26/23 not knowing if I am getting a bike shipped or not. No feed back or information about my purchase other than they got my money. This literally the worst online purchase I have ever dealt with. No communication, no shipping details after paying $99 for shipping to Victoria. This company needs a lot of work! Go elsewhere. BTW according to their website the bike I ordered is still in stock. Disgraceful customer care service. read more

Run for the hills...do not buy a bike or kit from this company!! I have my kit on my bike for 1.5 years and have nothing but problems. Have seen a s brought my bike in at least 8X and still doesn't work properly. Replaced (at my own cost) battery, controller and front wheel drive. Still craps out. I strongly do not recommend ..spend money else where. I dropped of my bike 2 weeks ago (again) and was told 5 days it should be ready..went to pick up today (2 weeks later) ..haven't touched it as they are busy with NEW customers on building setting up new bikes. I phoned over the last week 2X and emailed 2X but no response. Joke of a company and customer service. Soon as I get my bike back I am selling and taking my money else where. Pathetic!!! I walked into the Ingleton store today at 11:20 am after waiting outside for 20 minutes. I'm not upset about the wait. I understand about Covid precautions. What upset me was the sales person that I spoke to. I told him that I was interested in either the B50 or R50 conversion kit for rear wheel. Practically before I finished speaking he was trying to upsell me to a 750 watt unit. I said I thought those weren't street legal? "oh but you can tweak the controller to bring the speed down and make it legal". I said no I'd stick with the 500 watt unit. I then asked him about ENVO. I asked if you were ENVO or just one of their dealers. He told me that EBIKE BC was a subsidiary of Envo.
