I'm so disappointed in this place and I doubt I'll return. I booked a table for two by phone a few days prior to my visit last Saturday. It was for 12 midday on Saturday the 23rd. I arrived a little early and was seated at a table for two. While looking at the menu, I noticed that seatings lasted 75 minutes. A little short I thought (and a little mean if you're trying to pack 'em in and up your income) but I figured we should have enough time to eat. At 1 o clock precisely, we were asked to pay our bill and leave. When I pointed out that written on the menu it started we had 75 minutes, the very polite waitress said that at weekends they only allowed 1 hour to eat. Really? And if that's the case, why was 75 minutes on the menu? Why did no one tell me when I booked? I can understand 1 hour to eat if you're in a cheap burger joint but not in a supposedly upmarket place like Ebb and Flow. The food was good and the service was also good but this type of pure greed just leaves me cold. I won't be returning.
Update to the above review: See pic attached of the typical amount of time people normally spend in Ebb and Flow. It says 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. read more
