I first visited the store on August 21 for the screen replacement. I noticed an issue with the new screen that same day and had to return to the store immediately so they could fix it. Then, on September 4, strange colors suddenly started appearing inside the display. Just two days later, a visible line appeared across the screen. I went back to the store expecting them to stand behind the repair, especially considering how recently the screen had been replaced. Instead, I was simply told there was "no warranty" and that they would not repair or replace it. The lady I spoke with was also dismissive and repeatedly said, "No, we don't fix it because there's no guarantee." My question is simple: if a $325 replacement screen cannot even function properly for one month, how is that acceptable service? A customer should not have to pay hundreds of dollars for a replacement part that develops serious display problems within weeks and then be told there is nothing the business can do. I have photos documenting the screen damage and display issues, although unfortunately this review platform does not give me an option to attach them here. I have now filed a dispute regarding the defective/damaged replacement screen and the service I received. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers ask very clearly about the quality of the replacement parts, warranty coverage, and what happens if the repair fails shortly after installation before paying for any service here.

I would definitely order those again. The donut holes were fresh and crispy. We picked a few donuts to try and really liked the flakiness of the croissant donuts but were a bit disappointed with the fillings and toppings. Unfortunately, they use that very bright, glossy red, commercial-style "strawberry jam" rather than the type of strawberry jam made with noticeable real fruit. For me, it was far too sugary and had more of an artificial strawberry taste. The pastry itself was actually really good, so I think I would have enjoyed it more without the strawberry filling. I was also really looking forward to trying the Nutella & Strawberry Funnel. By this point, I already knew what to expect from the strawberry filling, but I wasn't expecting to be disappointed with the Nutella as well. Having lived in Europe for about a decade and eaten Nutella for years, what was in the funnel did not taste like original Nutella to me. It tasted more like a generic chocolate spread, and I couldn't really taste the hazelnut flavor that Nutella is known for. If it isn't actually original Nutella, I don't think it should be labeled as Nutella because that is what customers will expect when ordering it. At $5.99, I also thought the funnel was a little expensive, especially compared with the $4.69 cronut. The apple fritter, however, was great. The overall flavor and texture of the pastry made it our favorite donut we tried. Overall, it was a shame because our expectations weren't quite met. I wasn't expecting the most amazing pastries in Dallas, but based on how good everything looked online, I was expecting better-quality fillings and toppings. The actual pastries themselves had some really nice textures, and we really enjoyed the kolaches, donut holes, and apple fritter. I just think better-quality fillings and toppings would make a huge difference.

I was having a charging issue with my AirPods Pro 2. I work with Apple Technical Support for around an hour, and they were not able to get to the root of the issue. Their suggestion was to head over to the "Genius Bar" at one of our local Apple stores. Upon arriving I checked up since I'd made a prior appointment. I love the vibe the Apple stores have. I'm glad I'd made an appointment since the store was packed. There was a lot of students there since it's the start of school. After a 10-15-minute wait as the Genius Bar, Blake greeted me with a smile and asked me what's going on. He logged on to my service record and followed what had already occurred the prior day with the support I'd received. I asked his how long he's worked for Apple. He told me 10 years on the Genius Bar and 20 years providing Apple support. Yep, I was chatting with a genius at the Genius Bar. He clarified what was happening and which air Pod was acting up. He ran several intensive tests and at the Genuis Bar and back in the back of the store. For some reason there was a "disconnect" between one of the pods and the case causing the charging issue. He needed to send them in for repair and they'd be back in my hands in 4-5 days. Thank goodness for AppleCare. What an incredible experience with Blake and the Apple store personnel. Superior service and support are what one expects with Apple products and that's what I received.

This is my review sent on experience today -…read more Our families disappointed experience followed when I our family member was discharged early with our notice to the family . Our family was shocked to receive a call from our family member that she was dropped off at incorrect bus stop which in turn she missed her bus with no phone and a non refundable ticket and no phone in-the middle of a unfamiliar city out side her home state . I immediately reached out to the To the greenhouse treatment centers to see if she could go back there and catch the bus the following day however they had washed thief hands of that discharge in no Interest in helping me get my daughter to a safe place you had just come out of a 30 day treat that program. All they could do is say we're sorry She was six hours from home with no phone a tablet, a bag, full of medicine and no personal items. No. Contact number from the treatment center in case you ran into a problem like this So luckily, we were able to get her A new ticket home that left in 2 1/2 hours which puts her coming home 11 hours later than her normal arrival time. I was very discouraged to find out that this leaving center would bring people into the treatment facility cross state lines, and Insurance would pay for the ticket to get them there, but there was no help or concern about what happened when they were dropped off at the gas station. Scared and alone she called home, not knowing what to do or how she was gonna make she was dropped incorrect location with no help insuring the location was correct . Just a driver driver away with no concern for her safety being inastrsnge town . What type of the we program does this describe .I say zero . I'm sure you know that sober Women under 30 days sober . Are Verynot confident they are afraid to make a mistake and they're so close to still wanting relief that they may make the choice that might make their matters worse And personally disappointed in the care she was given upon discharge where does the responsibility lie? A bag of medication that were on large cards with no really way to consume it to hide it from the public I could go on and on about how I feel that some responsibility has to lie on the party that took her in to promise her care just to release her at a very, very delicate part of her life. I'm not sure what the answer is as some of these women and men are desperate. They're just trying to get back to their families and putting them in a place where they feel unsafe they are crying. They are scared and they don't know what to do cause they still don't wanna add more stress to their families that has occurred with their addictions. Helps someone understand the clear picture on what happens at this greenhouse treatment facilities you cannot ask enough questions. Please ask about what happens when they are discharged, especially if they're not in their home state they originally wanted to send her to Las Vegas and I can only imagine the mess that would've been trying to get her home Home Again. I do believe in the power recovery as my husband and I have over 40 years together in Sobriety. Please do your homework before sending your family members off to somewhere where you haven't heard anything about it. Do your Google research as there is someone out there that it's experienced it and may not have had the best solution.
