Last night our company computer was badly infected by a Trojan. I put a message on Daniels Facebookpage that I will call him in the morning and asked if he heard about a program that was downloaded without my approval on the computer. Daniel called me up right away (7pm) and asked what was going on and told me what to do. I dropped of the computer this morning at their office and Daniel and Jimmy went right ahead on the project. A couple of hours later their job was done and I could head back to Terrell with a clean computer! This is the second or third time Scurlock Systems gives me the best service ever found! I have been using Scurlock since 2010. I would not use any other company for my IT needs. They have built 2 desk top systems for my agency and have had no trouble with them. As a small agency I cant afford to have a full time IT person on staff so Scurlock is my IT Department. We use the Automated Back up Crash Plan and never have to work about data being lost if my computer crashes. Even though I have not had problems with the systems they built, and will buy more, It's not a matter of if it crashes it a matter of when its part of of our world today. My graphics card failed and they went out of their way to fix it. My graphics card which had simply worn out failed and I couldn't play any of my favorite games. I went to Scurlock, they removed it and accompanied me up the street to an electronics store to help me find a good replacement based on the games I played like Crysis3 and Fallout. While shopping they even consulted another resource who helped us finalize our decision.
