Good spot for some outdoor and simple backyard style brewery garden hangout. Pea gravel throughout may make getting around easier or harder for some. Parking is the worst thing with this location, as well as Chantilly having terrible sidewalks. It's a real danger and risk in this area the local businesses should be modernizing and fixing like the rest of Fairfax. They put a lot of options out from fire tables to seasonal private igloos and more. Food and beer -- the weekends they often have food rotating vendors do augment like most breweries where their own kitchen isn't really a focus. This is that design of a hybrid entity coming together to allow you to have your space and time, augmented by their beers and other selections.

What a find! Strangely situated (as are many things on the east coast) between an industrial building and fenced off residential, Eavesdrop feels like a venue reserved for the dedicated few who find it. The digital board listing current offerings has a little something for everyone--cider, sours, IPA, mead, etc. I stumbled upon a hazy IPA collab from Louisiana, DDH Ghost Daydream, that stopped me in my tracks. As many have mentioned, Eavesdrop does not serve food. The walk across the pebble encrusted outdoor seating area and you're suddenly at Eugene's! This takeout venue (ordering room only) is literally the perfect pair to make Eavesdrop one of the best experiences I've had a brewery in a looong time. Upon reflection, this experience may have been one of the few moments the stars align: cooler fall temps, shaded outdoor seating, one of the most surprising and satisfying beers I've ever had, and unique and delicious food with a new friend. The realist side wants to say it was a coincidence, but with myriad 4 and 5 star reviews, I think others recognize the magic that is Eavesdrop Brewery.

They don't offer flights here, but you can get half pours.

I didn't try the food, service was friendly and knowledgeable, ambiance is similar to other breweries. I came on a cold rainy day to meet up with a group of friends, unfortunately the rain didn't make it feasibly to sit outside around one of the fire pits--what I looking forward to the most. I personally didn't like any of the three beers I chose this visit. Maybe I just wasn't in the mood for a beer this day. I'll probably come back in the spring when the weather will be better and perhaps they'll have new beers on the board.

My first time here, what a great setup. A gravel courtyard, with eugene sausages and a few other places on site, also covered and open seating around a small outdoor firepit. This place gets packed on a Saturday afternoon, the lines and parking are overwhelmed right now, but everything looks great! Lots of families with kids and dogs, plenty of room for them to play, they seem to love it! Great place for a warm day. Also the sweet treats and Rumalutions are absolutely impeccable i luv them .

This place is a hangout oasis. The outdoor space is relaxing, spacious and accommodating for singles, couples, and families (including fur babies). There is also indoor seating if you so choose. They have an entertainment schedule packed with activities. The music trivia bingo was a blast. Love music nights are awesome! Cozy firepits in May, sign me up!!! Fall weather year around... no complaints from me. Food options are minimal but there is a sausage and fries spot and a kabob spot on site but the brewery itself does not offer food. Beer, wine, cider, frozen drink options and a small cigar selection for those who like to enjoy a good stick every now and then. Parking near the brewery is limited but there is ample parking nearby. Towing is enforced and signage is plastered everywhere so ignorance is NOT bliss when the tow trucks arrive. I'll say this nice, nestled in Yorkshire neighborhood, brewery has found a friend in me.

Brewery that is right in central of manassas and centreville, off of 28! This brewery is aesthetically pleasing. They have different events like yoga with puppies and a ticket will come with a drink. They have rables and swing chairs and seating outside which makes it great for a nice hang out spot. Private parking and have plenty of parking spots since it doesn't look like they get too too busy. Staff is friendly and nice and quick with their service.

Nice spacious place with lots of opportunities to mingle and spend a day with family and friends. Indoor space is a bit small but the overall place has lots of patio area that has plenty of seats and now in the winter, many fire pits on. Lots of IPA on tab which I do not prefer, so I went with the only Pilsner on the menu, sorry goose. It was light and not lots of body to it. Asked for a taste of one lager on tap but it was watery with lack of flavor, didn't go with that. I then ordered a mulled wine since my beer choices were limited, however it was not all that hot. I really didn't feel a welcoming vibe or too much enthusiasm from the beertender. The place has lots of games around. Food on premises and opportunities to bring your own. If you're an IPA drinker, this may be your place.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for the Oktoberfest event at Eavesdrop. The venue is really nice and has a tons of outdoor seating. It's bigger than I thought it'd be. Although not much parking. We tried the oktoberfest beer, strawberry cheesecake, and Yorkshire. All of the beer tasted good. The most unique was the cheesecake. It was thick like a smoothie! I would love to come back in the fall when the weather has cooled down a little. Great space and great beer!

I came here once before for a Yelp Halloween event a few years back and decided to stop by on the way back from Virginia Beach with my boyfriend. We tried the Chandelier and a Dollar Menu, Chungus Pidgey: Strawberry Cheesecake, Big Pidgey: Tangerine Creamsicle, and the KRSH Mango Hard Seltzer. Our favorite were the Pidgeys! We played games and next time we hope to try the elote fries that were recommended to us by a friend after we left. Service is always kind and amazing and I love the rustic almost barn feel to the indoor section which had fans going which was nice and cool as it started to warm up around 5. We can't wait to come back!

    Eugene's Sausage and a beer

It is a really great spot in the Manassas area to hang out with friends, enjoy a beer (or more), and be out with your pup! The brewery has lots of space - both indoor and outdoor - and may have a food vendor or music depending on the day. The staff was quite helpful while we chose the beers we wanted to try. The beers also rotate, more reasons to visit! For food, they have Eugene's Sausage and Fries inside the brewery and some snacks in the bar. Parking availability will depend on the day, but in our case, we didn't have any problem finding a spot. And yes, very dog friendly. I'm so happy to find a place where we can bring our dog.

Pretty awesome brewery all things considered. You got decent seating options inside and outside. Great selection of beer from lights to stouts. Decent prices, friendly staff and no over engineered computerized self served beer machines like some other places nearby. It's also family friendly judging on the number of toddlers wandering around. Oh and dogs too, big and small. I really want to come back in the spring time to sit outside, I can imagine it would be a great place to spend a weekend afternoon. Owners said the place was previously a pigeon loft/coop hence the birds.

This might literally be my most favorite brewery. Everything about it from the abundant outdoor seating, various events that go on throughout the month, outstanding beer selection and of course Eugene's. This is the perfect brewery to go to on a summer evening! The service can be a bit slow on busy days with Eugene's though, but it's well worth the wait in my opinion.

Do you allow well behaved dogs? Mine is a mid sized (40 lbs) mellow 9 year old Goldendoodle. My friend has two girls under 10. Are children allowed? Is there any kind of play area?

Yes! We’re both pet friendly and family friendly. Well behaved dogs are welcome inside and outside the taproom as long as they’re leashed and under control. Kids are absolutely welcome too, we just ask that they stay within arm’s reach and aren’t… Read more
