1st time here today at 3:30pm. Probably 200 people. Here. Everything was perfect. Amazing food, drinks, ice cream. The weather 65 out, only thing was not enough workers on the floor. We were new and didn't know much about it & the activities around.

Would have given 5/5 stars but the food here is lacking. I tried out the La Gringa chicken sandwich. Stale bun, old chicken (tough texture and dried out) and half cooked fries. Ice cream truck is closed down as they are awaiting an espresso machine apparently. Was super unimpressed. My sour at this location though was delicious. I loved the atmosphere, plenty of seating, live music was fabulous. I loved getting to sit outside and soak up the fun times with friends. Would definitely come back for the beer and vibes but not the food, it needs work!

Half eaten Bavarian Pretzel-yum!

Large brewery with lots of seating areas inside and outside. Lots of beers on tap as well as cocktails. Husband enjoyed his beers and the pretzel with cheese sauce was good, as well as I really liked the honey mustard sauce. It gets busy so lines can get a little long to get a drink but nothing too crazy for a wait time.

Ambiance: big stage outdoor areas for live music. They also have food trucks and beer tents all around the venue. Very family friendly. Service: it was a packed summer evening so lots and lots of people. I think they did a great job serving everyone. Food: I only had drinks. The ICE BAR was great with frozen cocktails. Many bars all around to serve you cold beers and mixed drinks. The brewery itself is really big and decor is modern and homey. I would say, like all the other restaurants there were only 2 stalls in the ladies restroom. Come on now!!! Women go to breweries as much as men and we need more stalls. We don't need equal number of stalls here, equal rights don't matter with bathrooms - we NEED more! There is the Black Sheep (green barn) next to the stage which is a distillery and restaurant. They also have Murlarkey and Proof close by which are also distilleries and restaurants.

Pretty decent brewery with a great beer selection and good food! The outdoor space is really nice, if it's not too cold to be there. Inside they had live music! But it was packed. The nachos and pretzel were yummy. Would love to be back when we're in town again.

We walked here after our very nice family dinner at the adjacent Proof Kitchen & Bar. We have been here before after having dinner at the nearby Black Sheep, but never ordered any drinks here. This is always a happening outdoor venue with live music on stage as you can see from my several videos. There is an area where they have several corn holes set up on the lawn for patrons to play.

It's hard figuring out where to go on New Year's Eve. My friends and I decided to give 2 Silos a try since they didn't have a cover fee. We were not disappointed. I loved the seasonal cocktails available and the variety of food options. The service was great especially since it was crowded. My favorite part was the decorated heated igloo that had a bar inside.

Sun still shining when the employees can delay the umbrella removal a little. There is a reason we sat in the shade.
Frances A.

Justin, what is the urgency in taking the umbrellas down so early? If a guest is seated under an umbrella, the least that should be done is to communicate beforehand rather than simply removing it without notice. They could have started with tables that had shade instead of starting with the tables right under the sun The sun was still very strong, and basic courtesy would have been to inform me before taking it down. When I noticed staff beginning to remove umbrellas, I politely asked two employees if mine could remain up a little longer. They agreed on mine being the last one, but a third staff member (without checking) came and removed it despite my attempt to explain the prior arrangement. Instead of listening, he repeatedly gave dismissive replies and proceeded with the removal. This type of interaction reflects a lack of attentiveness and communication skills. On days with such intense sun, allowing guests to enjoy the shade a little longer would make a meaningful difference in their comfort and overall experience.

There are a number of pinball machines (which only take quarters) along the wall to the right of the entrance. We opted for sample flights of the stouts since it was the Stout Fest, but they offer a wide variety of brew styles. All of the stouts were excellent and varied from a dry style to much sweeter.
