Leah, the manager is wonderful but her hands are tied. Next door @ North Fork Storage (a new facility) they quoted me a 12x15 for $130 per month. I'll factually highlight that they're gauging. I've been a customer for 6+ years. I rented a 10 x 15 in 2021 that cost me $110 a year and if I paid The entire year at once I got one month free. This brought the price to about $100 a month. Four years later they are charging me $164 a month. That's a 64% increase in four years (an average of 16% per year!) Even Biden, and his lousy policies, didn't produce that kind of inflation, he's at 5.2%! So airport Storage, which has no real consumable material costs, is charging a good customer 300% the inflation rate during the Biden administration. This is nothing but a money grab, and especially shady as hell since when I called their service center I can rent the same 10x15 unit today for $147 per month at the same facility. So they're just sticking it to us. Stay away from this place. They're price gauging

Moving from a home of 38 years is traumatic to say the least. But having a patient, professional…read morehelping us navigate was essential to our successful relocation. C.J. at Murdock's, helped us virtually count our boxes with a discerning eye and knowledgeable advice. David came to our house and his eye and experience helped us even more. We were able to pack up in a smoother way because of their help. On moving day, Murdock's strong, handsome crew got right to work wrapping items that we didn't have the ability to prepare, like a lounger or irregularly shaped item, quickly and effectively. They were kind and professional and got the job done in a safe and efficient manner, saving us money along the way. On the other end of the move, we were ready for delivery, thanks to Murdock's educational video. Furnishings were loaded into the proper rooms, and time was taken to organize boxes in the new garage in a way that we could access them easily. We could not have been more pleased... and relieved that we had all of our earthly belongings delivered right to our new location. Our lives were changing so fast, but Murdocks grounded us with the comfort of knowing our "things" were safely with us. I highly recommend Murdocks for your moving needs. C.J. in the office will lead you through every step and build your confidence and trust that you can do it! She will give you a fair, honest, and accurate estimate with no surprises. Good luck!

My experiences with this company have all been very positive since Chris became the manager. First off, the place does feel very secure. Whether I was storing a trailer of large boat outside, or in, I never felt concerned about theft or vandalism. Their security systems are excellent, and inspire confidence. Just as important is their customer service. Chris is always cheerful, upbeat, and goes the extra mile to make us feel valued as customers. I'll never even look at another storage option in Chico. Needless to say, I was thrilled, and we now have a storage unit. This type of customer service is becoming very rare these days! Matthew is knowledgable, professional, helpful, and just plain courteous and respectful! Thank you Matthew! We are so grateful, and I will recommend LSS to anyone, as will my son!
