I have had issue after issue with the service department. It started with breaking my drip pan/skid…read moreplate. I got under the car to check their work and noticed that the front lip of my drip pan was in danger of breaking clean across the front lip. I immediately realized that the service technician was taking the bolts off both sides and letting the pan hang while they accessed the oil filter and drain plug. Since plastic can't handle that type of pressure it was cracking. I have no j.b. weld or anything to fix this. The next oil change, it was broken completely. They checked my cabin filter but didn't have any in stock to sell me. On my way home I stopped and bought a cabin filter, as I accessed the cabin filter I realized every single tab that holds the door shut was broke except 1. Now I show up and they say they don't have a scheduled service for my vehicle. When I get the confirmation they say "You might have an 11 o'clock but I don't". I ask is there a better way to make an appointment, they say call. I'll update this review. Check the work that has been done to your vehicle. Technicians are counting on the fact that you will not get under the vehicle to check the work done.

I do that and Road Armor tells me for any warranty it has to be the person who purchased the parts. Ok, so I contact DTO. Ohhhhh well that was other "management" and they didn't keep good records and we have no clue who built your Jeep. WOW! Took it to my local professional to see if he could repaint. He didn't want to touch it. I have now been waiting over a month for this company to get back to me with solutions. But nothing but crickets. Do your research people and go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and the excuses like "other management" "it's from the elements" and "we don't know who built your jeep" and I only heard the word unfortunately 60 times from him. Well, unfortunately....... I asked them what if I tried to get another jeep from you. How much would you give me for this one. They were $8,000 less than the place I took it to here in town.
