Eat Noodle in downtown Bridgeport was first recommended to me a couple years ago. I live an hour away, but the passion behind the recommendation impressed me. I finally visited around 3:15 on a recent Saturday afternoon. The space is very nice and includes high ceilings, cool light fixtures, light colored woods and white chairs. Service is helpful, efficient and friendly. I asked for a recommendation because I like ramen, pho, curry noodles and the other soups on the menu. The server recommended Curry Crispy Chicken Noodles, but she warned I might think they're spicy. I loved these noodles. The curry broth was flavorful, but not too spicy. The noodles had great texture. The crispy chicken was very satisfying. The potatoes and carrots were well executed. The punches of cilantro were very fresh. It was a great bowl of noodles. If I lived nearby, I'd be back soon to explore more of the menu. In any event, I'll make sure I come back. 5 Stars read more

Came back for my daughter's birthday meal, which was a good choice because she loves boba tea. It was a slow Wednesday night, so business was more manageable from last visit. We had Lucia as our server, way better than the one we had last time. Thank goodness. Our food came out quickly. This time I got the crispy chili chicken skewers as an appetizer. It tasted fresh and clean with a great crisp. I got curry noodle with fried chicken. I put the top pieces to the side to protect it from getting soggy. It was perfect. I like how the table has chili sauce available to add spice to anything. To drink I got a house made black tea, a lychee martini, and a mai tai; all tasted good. My son got the pork boa buns, next time I'm going to try that. My daughter got a happy birthday fried ice cream for dessert. Said she'll come back again. read more

Lucia was very friendly & focused on our needs! I ordered the rock shrimp as an appetizer. For dinner,I ordered the Tom Yam shrimp soup but I made it my way like Burger King. I asked for ramen noodles instead of rice. I added boiled egg. For dessert,I ordered the chocolate cake. I came here w/ my family(a party of 8) to celebrate my niece's birthday. We waited not too long for our appetizers to come out. I've ordered rock shrimp(crispy coconut honey shrimp on a bag of romaine lettuce)before. It never disappoints. The shrimp was just the right crisp & the sauce is so savory & tasteful. The Tom Yam Shrimp soup was so delish! The chocolate cake was very scrumptious! I really love this place! Food is on point always! We had a better experience this time around b/c it wasn't busy & we were on the 1st floor. I def will be back! I highly recommend! read more

21 Feb. 2026 Really nice staff but simply the worst ramen I have ever had. Spicy miso ramen was completely insipid -- but looked good. Fried pork spring rolls were overly salty and oil they were fried in tasted very old. read more

Great food, and great service, very cozy spot downtown!!! Never would've thought this place would be in the heart of Bridgeport, deff recommend! read more

Food was okay- we got the seafood noodle soup. It was good, but the broth wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. It did have a good amount of seafood inside- muscles, crab, wontons, shrimp, but I think it just needed a bit more flavor. Vibe inside was super cute though and the service was great! read more

My girls and I stopped in to eat while waiting for our ferry, not knowing what to expect. We loved this place! The Thai tea and veggie curry were amazing, everything was reasonably priced, and the service was wonderful. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxed homey vibe with great food. I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Bridgeport. read more

The wonton mein is really good. The dumplings and the spicy edamame were also delicious.

I wish we had this restaurant near my house so I can come every day. They have so many varieties of noodle dishes that I want to try them all! The menu includes many popular noodle dishes in Asia such as pho, ramen, curry, pad Thai, beef noodle soup, etc. You will be able to find something you like on here. We had the crispy curry chicken noodle, tonkatsu ramen, and Tom yum soup. All of the portions were generous, we had to take home 2 of the 3 dishes because it was too much. Crispy chicken was flavorful, tonkatsu was spot on (my go-to ramen dish), and Tom yum was tangy and full of seafood goodness. No complaints whatsoever, will def return when we are in the area!! read more

I have been on a ramen craving lately. We came here for a birthday and I ordered the spicey wontons and the curry crispy chicken noodle soup. The spicey wontons came in a really good spicey sauce with garlic, scallions, Cilantro and soy sauce in a chilling oil. Very satisfying. The soup was also very good! The chicken slightly sat on top of the. Noodles. very flavorful soup. I almost ordered another bowl! The service in my opinion was alright. I'm guessing they were fairly busy that night. They brought some wrong items to the table but i I wasn't really bothered by it. We did wait a bit before the bill actually. But my overall experience left me wanting to go back. I enjoyed that soup so much! read more

Found my new favorite place. Went here for lunch with some friends, and had the most amazing, filling meal. I had the crispy curry chicken with rice, and the portion was huge, and soooo delicious! I can't wait to go back and try all other dishes. Service was fast and great! The place itself is very cool, located very centrally in downtown Bridgeport. Really cool space in town with plenty of room at the bar and restaurant. I always get the crispy chicken curry soup with noodles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Filled with a tasty, sweet broth and a bunch of veggies, tofo, and crispy chicken. Lost a star cause I didn't like my appetizer, seemed like pre frozen spring rolls. Service is fast and they're super attentive. read more

Eat Noodle was everything I needed on a chilly autumn night. The soup here hits the spot and I would definitely recommend trying. The prices are also fair for the large portion you get. I got the spicy miso ramen which I enjoyed and my husband got the veggie curry noodles which was also really good! The spring rolls were smaller than I am used to, but they were tasty! read more

Whew chileeee. Okay let's start with the pan fried dumplings- YES. Like are you serious?! So delicious. Perfect amount of seasoning and juices. But warning: If they just came out, let them cool off a bit because I definitely burned tf out of my tongue. It was worth it . The wonton noodle soup was bomb. You know it's good when you drink the whole broth afterward lmao. The ambiance was great. It was spacious and very clean. The music was also good. The service was okay. The lady was a little mean but that was a sure indication that the food was going to slap (IYKYK). Food was 10/10. If you're ever in Bridgeport, definitely try this spot out. read more

Have eaten here a number of times- always very pleasant service and the Curry Crispy Chicken is excellent!

12.25.21 Eat Noodle is a pretty great place. It's hidden in plain sight. I've tried an assortment of different items and they're all pretty good but there is an absolute favorite, in my opinion. The pho was allright, just ok. The dumplings were fine. Just ok. The seafood soup is absolutely amazing here. The taste & flavor is incredible. There's a fish cake in there some mussels and shrimp. The seafood soup is the best around. I've had it at a handful of other places and none of the other places compare to how good it is here. Eat in or take out. The restaurant is immaculate. So clean. The service is great and they're so nice & friendly. There is parking on the side of the street on both sides. read more

A lot of people enjoying a bowl of noodles. I sat at the bar and it was clear I could get fucked up if I wanted to but I didn't because I was in the middle of jury duty and it was like noon. Several satisfied jury duty patrons ate there, this I can vouch for. The service was great and friendly but not too friendly in a gross fake way. It was really spacious. I feel like they have wifi. I would totally grab a boba and write some powerful emails and/or vibe code an app there. read more

Another great place for Asian in downtown Bridgeport. Eat Noodle is a very casual eatery. It of course specializes in noodles, with the main thing being pho. Has some pretty good prices for around here. The items can have a pretty hefty spiciness. I had the Curry Tofu at lunch. It's $12 for a bowl of broth, noodles, and protein. This item comes with the egg noodles, so I switched out those. Get it vegan by substituting rice noodles. These still go with it very well. It has a pretty spicy broth. Unfortunately the curry broth is the only one that is vegetarian. It limits some diners for options. This is a good broth for those liking spiciness. Appetizers include dumplings and edamame. It has amazing choices for a pretty limited menu. The curry soups are the best of these. read more

wait staff was rude, didnt let me sit at a booth he was playing on his phone in. I will never come back here

Ordered takeout from Eat Noodle today and despite being peak lunch hour it was ready super quick! Upon pick-up, the man at the counter was friendly and quick to greet me upon entering. My order was ready and he was patient while I checked everything on the receipt. The food was delicious. My only complaint is we got one set of pork dumplings and one vegetable dumplings but they weren't labeled. I ended up trying both to assess which was which by tasting them. I would be annoyed if I were vegetarian. read more

Don't get fooled by the 'small' storefront. This place is much larger than expected, really agréable to look at with an attractive architectural setup. The menu is pretty standard with its ramen and phos, and well executed. Give a try to the side sauces if you want to spice it up a bit. Don't forget the dumplings as an appetizer, they won't disappoint. read more

Cute little place with a nice menu, noticed some soup splash on the white wall next to our table which kinda seemed gross to me but it is easy to do when slurping soup. Started with the steamed pork dumplings which were DELICIOUS and very filling. Got the shrimp noodle soup. The broth was delicious but the greens in my soup were all attached so I had to pull it apart with my hands to eat it. A good amount of shrimp in the bowl too. My boyfriend got the curry noodles and we both agreed that the egg noodles lacked luster, but the rest of our bowls were good. I would def go back. read more

Atmosphere: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 Fried wonton: 5/5 Crab Rangoon: 3/5 Seafood noodle: 4/5 Crispy chicken curry noodle: 5/5 Fried wontons had excellent and unique deep soy sauce flavor. Crab rangoons tasted like cream cheese rangoons - completely devoid of crab flavor. The broth in both soups was very, very good. Even after we were totally stuffed we couldn't stop sipping it! Seafood noodle had 2 each of large mussels, medium shrimp, fish cakes and imitation crab meat. It was not served with basil which was a little surprising. The shrimp was overcooked but the imitation crab was mouthwatering!!! I also wish it had a quail egg but not a requirement for this dish. The crispy chicken curry had a super satisfying broth that was warm, spicy and creamy. The chicken in the soup was suuper crispy. It's a shame it was in the broth. I might get it on the side next time because the chicken itself was world class. Overall I would definitely come back. read more

I came here for a monday evening dinner date with my fiancé and I was very pleased! The atmosphere is quiet and warm. A lot of the warmth comes from all the wood and the yellow lights. It's not dim lighting, but it sets a nice atmosphere. The appetizers were good, the crab rangoon was average and the hot oil wontons surpassed my expectations. However, the fried chicken curry soup was the epitome of comfort and flavor. The balance between cream and spices was better than I could have imagined. The contents of the soup were exceptional and fairly priced. If you are looking for a restuarant that welcomes conversation, whose atmosphere and food puts you at ease and warms your soul, this is a place you'd want to visit. read more

Ok, here we go! Arrived at the counter & there were three customers waiting for their orders...five minutes later, the cashier/ waitress appeared. She had one order in her hand for take out. She half-hearted said hi and kept it moving I understand that she was busy and I patiently waited to be served. It was my first time thereand I wanting to try some Pho or Noodle dish. I was patiently waiting my turn, and watched her prepare two bubble teas to go-still very busy. Upon waiting, the waitress came by the register where I was standing and I asked if there were any specials-her reply "only what's on the menu & still no engagement. She was a little busy & didn't have any conversation as to "hey, I will be right with or any acknowledgement" that she recognized I was patiently waiting my turn. Another ten (10) minutes went by and im trying to get her attention ....nothing. So I'm still waiting and it's been about 23 minutes without "I'll be right with you nor anything"! So I tried again to get her attention without any luck-I watched as she served the two customers in front of me-one was a take out order with two drinks and another was having his lunch at the counter (where I was standing). She didn't even look my way so it's now a half hour-STILL WAITING. So perhaps it was a sign that I was not to have lunch there today... I turned and walked out the door which was six feet away. I glanced her way to see if she had noticed my departure-she did look up but to no avail. I was disappointed that my first experience was not a pleasant one...not sure if I will try again to patronize the Eat Noodles & Rice Restaurant. Chef Clinton read more

Lovely, clean, inviting casual atmosphere--even with people bustling about. I sat at the bar during a lunch break to try the Curry beef noodle soup and Cha Shu steamed bun. While the steamed bun was not at all what I had expected, it was a wonderful array of textures and flavors. The soup was a most generous portion served hot and delicious. I loved each spoonful. I just could not finish it all. Soothing and warming dish with such great flavor profiles. The service was friendly and prompt and prices are so reasonable. Quality, fresh ingredients used. I will be back again soon to try more of the menu items. read more

Eat Noodle was my second place to try in the Connecticut area and let's just say it did not disappoint. The interior is very modern and well-kept. The server was nice, friendly, and attentive. I got the Crispy chicken curry noodle dish. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was coated in a crispy and tasty batter. The soup broth was spicy which was nice for the cold, flavorful, and creamy. Overall, a great and must-try place if you are in the area. read more

Litchee martini: 5/5 I've had bland litchee cocktails before, but this was far from that. Really enjoyed it. Chili oil wontons: 4/5 Really good flavor and presentation, slightly small portion. Curry tofu with noodles: 3/5 Beautiful presentation, but slightly bland. Was expecting more flavor in a curry broth. Ambience: 5/5 Very nice decor, quiet and relaxing environment. Loved it. I'll definitely be back. I want to try the seafood soups, and I loved the experience. read more

Very good noodle bowls. I come often and get the Curry Crispy Chicken Noodle bowl and Crab Rangoons. Here's my review: Food: Everything that I've ordered comes out hot and fresh. The Crab Rangoon appetizer is a light and crispy fried rangoon. Filling leans more toward cream cheese, with a nice sweet dipping sauce. I have tried many different rangoons, and I like the light/crispiness of these the best. As for the Curry Crispy Chicken Noodle Bowl, the chicken is really good, they aren't kidding about it being crispy. The crispy texture of the chicken paired with the liquid broth is a match made in heaven. Plenty of noodles, and a slight spiciness to the dish that is sure to please many people (not overly spicy, but not bland). Drinks: I like that they have Sea Hag on tap. Many other noodle bowl / Asian restaurants are lacking in the drink department, and seem to forget that the drinks part is also part of the meal. I'm happy to report that Eat Noodle has tap beers, including a good IPA. To me, this is one of the reasons I choose Eat Noodle, because I can sit, relax, enjoy my dish with a good IPA. Atmosphere: Clean and modern. There's a long bar area in the front, and seating toward the back. I always sit at the bar because it's better than sitting at a table, in my opinion, and you can watch and interact more with the people working. It's a hidden gem. One thing that can be a pro/con is that it's never too busy. Not being busy is good because it can be more relaxing, but on the other hand, I do want them to be busy so they stay in business. They seem to do a lot of take out. Price: Average prices for a noodle bowl place. Location: It's in Bridgeport, right off Route 8. Maybe being in Bridgeport is intimidating for some, but it's easy to get to and you don't have to drive through Bridgeport much. Parking is on street, which is usually not a problem after 5pm or on weekends (guessing it's busier during the day). Ive only had 1 time where I couldn't find a good street parking spot near Eat Noodle, must have been an event going on nearby. On most occasions, there is an open street parking spot right out front. read more

This place is amazing! The best ramen I have ever had. The broth was transcendent. I had the Pork Tonkatsu Ramen and my husband had the Spicy Miso Ramen. Every ingredient in our bowls was perfectly cooked, including the melt-in-your-mouth pork and the eggs, which had been boiled to JUST the point where the yolk was still soft. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive, too. If you're in Bridgeport and are looking for a satisfying meal that does't break the bank, go to Eat Noodle. I was actually trying to visit a place across the street but they were closed. Therefore, I went into this place and they didn't disappoint. The Chinese rice with broccoli was good, even though the broccoli was different from what I was used to, but it was good and fresh. The mini vegetarian spring rolls were also delicious and no issues there. All good with this place except they charged me more than the listed price on their menu. They said the menu on the door was old, which just leads me to think, "well then put a new one up". Seems simple to me not to mislead your customers.
