I have to share positive review about this amazing company. Mr. Emil was so professional and insightful over the phone and throughout the pest process. Also I would mention Mr. Stankovic the guy with a lot to offer. He was on the field at my place as very punctual and professional guy who will do the best. Simply they know what they are doing. Emil is the absolute best! We found a little issue, called him and he was at our place first thing the next morning. Emil took the time to explain everything to my husband and I and he was very thorough in the treatments to get rid of the issue. Emil takes customer services very seriously and this is evident in the fact that he does the treatment, comes back 10-14 days later to check to make sure everything is good to go and then has a 90 day guarantee from that day forward. Emil is honest and we trusted him from the moment we spoke with him and we would highly recommend him! read more

Easy Way Pest Control is definitely the way to go!! Alen showed up on time, and even stuck around for nearly 30 minutes because we were stuck in traffic. While I would not suggest you waste anyone's time, like we had to unfortunately, Alen was so kind to stay. He was fast and efficient! Highly recommend! read more

Easy Way Pest Control and Emil are wonderful!!! I have been their client for over a year now and so happy with their service and expertise. Emil is very thorough and goes out of his way to explain the issue, and then comes up with great mitigation plan to get rid of the pests. As multi-unit property owner, it's very important to find reliable and cost effective service providers to ensure maintenance of my property for both myself and tenants. Emil & company offer all that and more, I can't recommend them enough to other people who are looking for the same! read more

I could not be more pleased by the level of service received. I called in the afternoon on a Thursday about a roach sighting and a technician came to my house for a treatment the very next day. The technician Darijan was very knowledgable about the issues at hand, personable and professional. After the treatment I did not realize that the emailed receipt got caught in my spam filter. When I reached out for a receipt by text I got a response from Stephen within 5 minutes. It was a perfect experience all around. Keep up the good work! read more

After being alerted to the presence of a hornet nest on the side of my house by a neighbor, I initially considered eradicating it myself. After getting a better look at it (from much much closer on the other side of a window), and some encouragement from a friend, I decided to instead contact Easy Way Pest Control to deal with the problem. They were quick to respond and got me on the schedule for a couple of days later. Stefan sent me a text 45 minutes ahead of his visit and arrived on time as promised. He explained the process and set to work. In less than an hour the nest was destroyed and a majority its residents were no longer with us. The rate was reasonable and it was worth the peace of mind that I wouldn't be getting swarmed by an angry nest of hornets. Highly recommended. read more

As a new homeowner, a mice infestation was tough to tackle. After trying various DIY methods to no success, I found Easy Way Pest Control on Yelp. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone in the Chicago area. Darian (I believe!) came and performed a thorough inspection, sealing all holes and putting excellent quality bait throughout the house. Immediately, our mouse problem went away. Emil, one of the owners, came for the follow up and provided reassurance and even added more bait and moved things around to make sure things were 100% taken care of. The price and quality of service were excellent and both employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thanks again to the team at Easy Way for helping with our pest problems now and in the future! read more

Easy Way Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I can't speak highly enough of Emil. He knew from just a quick chat and some photos I sent exactly what my problem was - drain flies. He was quick to fit me into his schedule and very responsive. When a few flies came back a few weeks later (they're rather difficult to get rid of) he quickly came back to take care of it free of charge. I highly recommend him - he genuinely is out to help people and not take advantage of them. read more

Emil @Easy Way Pest Control helped me out! Like the rest of the comments say he was on time, efficient and highly professional. Before Easy Way I had a terrible experience with another company who took my money and didn't rid me of my issues. Emil quickly came to the rescue and got the job done. Another plus was his accessibility to all of my questions via text or email. Great customer experience! I would recommend using easy way to anyone who wants to sleep in peace again. read more

Update: The manager did give me a full refund after I explained my experience with their service. The manager was very nice and listened to me. Good customer service skills on his part at least. Easy way was great to work with up until they came here and didn't get rid of my mouse problem. Steven came in and put some traps down, filled some holes and assured me that the mouse would leave. I also showed him a photo I took of the mouse "evidence" if you know what I mean. The mouse is still here and to make matters worse, when Steven came here to follow up as he was leaving he told me "it might be just psychosomatic." He said it's "impossible" to have a mouse without finding poop. I asked if could be something else and he right away dismissed that. I don't know what kind of service tries to tell you you're imagining a pest problem, but I will never call them again. read more

I found your pest control site and read that you handle flea issues. You have received a great reviews from past clients, so I decided to give you a call. When I call to schedule an appointment regarding my flea problem at my home, I was told that you don't handle fleas issues. Your web site clearly states that you do, when I checked, again, to see if I missed read your site. This is what it says: Treatments We Provide PESTS INCLUDED IN OUR PLANS *** Ants, Bees/Hornet's nest, Bed Bugs, Beetles, Boxelder Bugs, Centipedes, Clover Mites, Cockroaches, Crickets, Earwigs, Fleas,  Rats, Millipedes, Pill Bugs, Silverfish, Sow Bugs, Spiders and Springtails. *** So I called back and was told that your website needed to be updated. Just wanted to update that the moths did come back, though much less invasive. They are pretty well controlled through traps at this point, and we have all our tenants keep dry goods in sealed containers, but it did not work 100%. read more

Emil was just wonderful. The pest control company my landlord brought in inspired zero confidence, so I requested a second opinion via Yelp. Emil responded immediately and fit me into the schedule for an inspection the very next day. He called when he was on his way, arrived right on time, and was very thorough and friendly too. He was honest about what the other company had done right as well as what they had done wrong, and helped me understand how to handle it. He didn't try to upsell me or make me afraid - he was super helpful. The piece of mind he provided was worth every penny! read more

Great, prompt and very thorough service. Responded within minutes and we had something scheduled within days. Did a great job. Thank you!

Got mice? Call Easy Way! Emil & team are AMAZING! Very professional, pleasant & down to earth guys. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found their services. I've seen a couple of mice in my apartment & although we did some DIY fixes (laid some traps & sealed some holes), I wanted an expert opinion. I figured some extra help could make a longer-lasting impact. Emil responded almost immediately to my inquiry on Yelp yesterday afternoon, and was able to fit me in for an appointment first thing this morning! They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable & thorough, they inspired confidence & hope in me. Talk about peace of mind! This business cares about its customer base and will do what it takes to clear whatever problem's at hand. I initially thought that nothing was going to get rid of my ant problem. Someone came out twice and nothing. When Emil saw that I was not happy with the results, he contacted me and reassured me that they would find a way to clear these ants. Miro came back a third time and practically sprayed the whole house. So far so good; I haven't seen any ants, which doesn't mean they're gone for good, but at least I can say that Easy Way is trying their best. Thank you! read more

We have a fantastic experience with Easy Way Pest Control and, in particular with the tech that helped us: Miro. We had a bad wasp issue. Miro spent a considerable about of time fighting off the wasps to get to the nest and covering it with mesh (and getting stung twice in the hand in the process). He was very detailed oriented. He said they'd still be around for 2-3 days and then they'd be gone forever. He was right. Thanks, Miro! read more

These guys are awesome! Initially scheduled them to handle an issue with the usual summer bugs (spiders, centipedes and other crawlies) at our place. Turns out there was a wasp nest near one of our exit doors that they found just in time before it became a much nastier problem. A quick call to these guys saved the sanity of my future self! Their availability is a lot better than the rest of the 'available after 5 days' crew. And, these guys were definitely just as good if not better with reasonable rates to boot. read more

When spring finally came to Chicago my wife and I were unpleasantly greeted with bed bug bites one Tuesday. We weren't sure how bad it was, or what it was for certain. Emile from Easy Way responded quickly to my quote request. Within a few minutes he had called and booked an inspection. We went through our place together looking for signs of bugs. Sure enough it was bed bugs. Easy Way came back two days later to treat our place. Emile was courteous and professional, making sure to take care of our things, and wear boot covers. He explained everything that he was looking for very carefully, and gave us a plan that made sense to us. I'm happy to say the treatment worked and we have good peace of mind now, knowing we took care of the problem. I was very impressed with Easy Way's customer service.
