I moved into a new house this summer so only realized I had a mouse problem when it got colder out. The crew from Easy Way was great! The team was very thorough and explained everything they found and all the things they put into place to stop my mouse problem. A follow-up visit is included so I have no doubt the mice will not be an issue for me moving forward. I would highly recommend Easy Way Pest Control! read more

Wow! Can't say enough good things about this business. Great service, great communication, very thorough, great price will definitely use them again. Thank you so much for putting us at ease!!! read more

Company as a whole was very responsive & professional. Miro was a terrific resource for us as we needed to evaluate the level of our rodent problem. Explained things well, made us comfortable with what we could expect. Would definitely recommend. read more

Emil responded almost immediately to my request for a quote to remove a wasp nest that had been constructed without the necessary permits right out side my bedroom window. I was able to set up an appointment for a few days later all via the Yelp app. Stefan arrived on time and with a 15 minute heads up text which is always appreciated. He explained the process and got right to work. The nest and it's residents were removed within 20 minutes, and a dust applied to prevent the wasps from rebuilding. Despite getting a lot of well-meaning advice from friends and family about how to remove it myself (ranging from "set it on fire" to "poke it with a big stick") I'm so glad I went with these guys. read more

I originally found Easy Way on Yelp a couple years ago to treat and ant problem. This is the third year Ive used them. Ants were outside the perimeter of the house, inside the kitchen, near the garbage and cats food bowls. Easy way responded quickly, had an appointment scheduled for a couple days later. The tech showed up right on time. He was courteous and wore protective shoe coverings. They also asked for all the locations we had seen the ants and put a pet and child safe treatment in each location. They will schedule a follow up visit in a couple weeks to provide any additional treatment if needed and check on the ants again to make sure they didn't come back. I didn't get a reply on yelp right away so I called and got an immediate response and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you Stephan and Emil. read more

Excellent, fast, effective service. I am very pleased and grateful for their help in getting rid of my ant problem.

This group is very thorough and reliable. I had mice last summer and they did a 2 phase treatment that worked to get rid of the mice. Then a couple of days ago (8 months after the last treatment) I saw a mouse. I let them know and David recommended laying frest bait. The cost was $150. Alex, a very nice professional person came by and painstakingly looked at everything, sealing off holes and applying fresh bait. He was here for an hour which shows how thorough he was. I'm convinced that one should do this yearly and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company! Great and effective work to eliminate mice! read more

I have been using Easy Way Pest Control for several years now on a seasonal interval and have been very happy with the results. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Alen who has come to my property many times is a great example of those qualities. They have gone above and beyond to mitigate my critter problems due to me living on the ground floor. Bugs are nearly non existent in my place now that I use Easy Way Pest Control's services and I highly recommend them for any of your bug/Pest needs. read more

We just moved into a new house and a week later, ants. Used Yelp to get quotes and this company responded immediately. Price was higher than I expected but we are from another state and I think Chicago is probably just more expensive in general. However it was was two treatments and free follow ups if necessary afterwards, so I felt it was not completely unreasonable. Two days later we had service and ants have vanished so I am totally satisfied. read more

I cannot thank Easy Way enough! As the weather starts to warm up and my wife and I in our new house the spiders and other creatures started coming out of the woodwork and we needed to take preemptive moves. I requested a quote and not only did Emil get back to me very quickly with a great quote, but got me on the schedule for the very next day. When Emil and Stefan came the next day they were very professional, and took all precautions by wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers. I was amazed by how efficient they were! We took the dog on a quick walk and by the time we got back they were done, even went as far as adding external rat traps. I will 100% be using Easy Way every time in the future for my pest control needs! Thank you!! read more

Easy Way Pest Control has been coming on a monthly basis to spray my daycare center for nearly a year. Great service! Communicates great! Very respectful and knowledgeable. Continuously told me what he was doing and why. Highly recommend.

Just reiterating my strong support of Easy Way. Used them for a mice incident with one of our tenants recently. They communicate so well, worked directly with the tenant to coordinate the time for their second visit, followed up with me directly afterwards with detailed notes, and were very clear on things I should do to help prevent it again. Can't say enough good things about how this group operates and their professionalism and communication. Thank you Easy Way! read more

Still says there was "no activity" in his own comments after all we've been through! You can see it for yourself here people! YOU do not get to decide what we experienced! I was in pain, miserable, experiencing physical bites. I'm sorry your so called "inspections" are sub-par. We got a new exterminator that found live activity and who was a cool breeze. Yes, I wrote a google review full of hate because we are resentful for the mistreatment we have experienced in your care. I'm happy that other people are spared this, but that doesn't mean that we were. Also we got a refund because you did not provide the service we paid for and we had to go through the banks because your so called guarantee was a lie. read more

We have a persistent drain fly problem in our condo every spring that plumbers haven't been able to solve for us, so this is the third year we've called Easy Way to rescue us. They are consistently thorough. I love that each treatment includes two visits (which seems like a great deal for $300) and that they treat the common areas of our building for no extra fee. This year, as usual, after the first treatment we have seen no flies. Bob was the staff member dispatched to us this year, and like his colleagues, he was super friendly. He did a couple of extra things this year (glue traps inside, poison bait outside) that haven't been part of the service in the past. Bonus: for indoor spaces, Easy Way uses eco-friendly products that are safe for pets, so we don't have to worry about our cats ingesting something that could hurt them. I'd give Bob and the company more than 5 stars if I could! We'll never call anyone else when we need pest control services. read more

Easy way helped us with a mouse problem we were having. Not only did they bait and trap around the entire house, they also looked at the entire exterior for any possible ways rodents are getting in the house. Stefan was great and was very good at explaining everything he was doing and how we should proceed going forward. He was very thorough and I appreciated his hard work. Would definitely recommend. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Emil. He is so knowledgeable about all things pest control. He was very thorough and attentive to any questions that popped up. He put our mind at ease about our pest problem. We have not had an issue since but we would not hesitate to call him in the future for any issues. read more

I am a landlord in Chicago and have used Easy Way Pest for cockroaches and rodents in my building. They are always my first and only call. They deliver high quality service and their prices are fair. Their usual engagement goes like this: we discover the infestation, I call Easy Way, they come within 24 hours and treat the issue promising to come back in 6 weeks, usually the issue is resolved within a few days after the first treatment, then they come back and treat it again 6 weeks later to prevent any issues from happening again. Emil the owner is great to work with and I can tell is someone that invests in his employees, and uses the most modern treatments of preventing pests.... the last time he came, he had just returned from the International Pest Convention learning about different critters and ways to prevent them. Overall, I love working with these guys. While I hope to never need them again... they will be my first call if any pests come in the building. read more

Easy Way saves the day again! I'm a property owner so I have many tenants that rely on me to keep any and all pests out of their apartments. Of course I've tried the national chain companies but I hit the jackpot when I found Easy Way. It's night and day difference. Most of the time Miro is the tech that comes out to my buildings. He's super professional, thorough, and just lovely to work with. Emil, the business owner, came out the most recent time. He clearly cares a great deal about providing the best service he can and did a awesome job hitting every last corner of my property. Thanks Miro and Emil for all your help!! read more

Suddenly had a ton of small ants all over the kitchen! GAH! Called Emil and he was incredibly responsive. He came over a few days later as promised, was very friendly and personable, and quick with his work. He layed out some clear gel all over the kitchen walls where the corners met the countertops, as well as the perimeter of the home on the outside. Haven't seen an ant since! We have 2 dogs, so it was important to us to have a pet friendly service. I would recommend Emil, and it's also really nice to support small business. Plus, he likes to take his mother on vacations, so it seems better to give your money for the needed service to this cause :) read more

I've used easy way for years and they always solve the problem with rodents or bugs. Highly recommend

We hired Easy Way to help us with a Carpenter Ant problem. It was easy to schedule the service. The technician arrived on time, and was very professional and nice. Where we had been seeing dozens of ants, after the treatment I only saw a few and then none. I highly recommend East Way Pest Control. I reached out to have an inspection completed for possible bedbugs. Steven promptly called within the day and scheduled an inspection. Emil completed the inspection and provided a treatment plan. The follow up appointment was quick, the team arrived as scheduled and thorough in explaining the plan. Easy Way was very easy to work with and priced fairly. The way they handled the situation made it much less stressful for myself. I would recommend them to others. read more

Even though they were very busy, Easy Way made room to help me with treating the perimeter of one of my properties which was experiencing a spider problem. Thank you Easy Way for living up to your name! :-) read more

I cannot say enough about Miro and Emil - as someone who is extremely afraid of all rodents, they handled our minor issue professionally and comprehensively. If you don't mind an injured pet or permanent scratches on your wood floor, go for these guys. One technician dragged an appliance away from the wall, but didn't lift it, so now my wood floor is scratched. I asked the technician to put traps where my cats couldn't access them, but didn't monitor them. A short time after they left, my cat was crying. She had a glue trap stuck to her paw, which was very painful to her to remove. On their return visit, I mentioned both issues to the technicians. They didn't think either was a big deal. read more

Now on my second visit by Emil of Easy Way Pest. What has been so nice about their service is that they say when they are going to show up, and they show up at that time. No 2 hour windows, its been exactly at the time of the appointment. I first selected for our Townhome community because Emil's response was one of the 5 first responses I got, but instead of a generic $ amount, he asked some questions so that the estimate was reasonable. I wasn't sure how some people were giving me quotes when they had no idea what the job entailed. That was just weird. Emil's questions were spot on, did a site visit, and was a reasonable cost. The return trip for inspection was included, and yet again, on time. So basically this review is to say, so far so good. Its been nice to have a firm so dependable. read more

Emil was great. We had some rodents (rats) in the basement and backyard. He came out the next day after initial contact and inspected our entire basement and perimeter of the house. Set a few bait stations and explained every detail of what he was doing and why. Followup appointment was great as well and he offered us a pretty reasonable price/options of monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly checkups. 5 stars specifically because: *came out quickly when called (next day) *showed up exactly when promised *went into great detail examining and explaining *prompt/full report via email *showed up exactly when he said he would for followup and just as thorough on the checkup appointment. read more
