He got me exactly what I wanted, in and out of there in 1.5 hours, and continued communication after the sale. My Finance guy, Sultan, was also instrumental in getting me in and out of there in a hurry. He was very friendly and made the signing process a breeze. This is my 6th Honda from Easy Honda (formerly Spring Branch Honda). As far as I'm concerned, there is no other Honda dealership in Houston. 11/1/2021: I've been purchasing/leasing vehicles from this dealership (formerly Spring Branch Honda) since 2016. I was concerned about the name change, but decided to follow through as the location is extremely convenient to work and to my home. First off, Kasey with a K (yes, this is how he refers to himself) is about as entertaining as they come. You forget you're at a dealership when working with him. We all know the feeling of dread when you have to go to the dealership. The pushy sales, the back & forth, it's time consuming and it's just not where you really want to be on your free time. I felt none of this because Kasey with a K was so wonderful. More importantly, he worked hard to get me a great deal! I walked out with way more than I thought I was getting going into this process. I recently bought a used 2024 Chevy Colorado from Easy Honda after finding a great price on Autotrader -- they honored that price, but everything after the sale left me with a negative impression. Buyer beware. At signing, I was handed only one key fob and told there wasn't a second -- something I've never encountered buying a vehicle, and I later learned GM fobs are expensive to replace. Three days and 100 miles in, the check engine light came on and the truck went into limp mode on the interstate. My local Chevy dealer found a failed fuel injector, thankfully still covered under GM's factory warranty. While there, the service tech showed me a squirrel's nest built in the wheel well -- unrelated to the injector failure, but a clear sign Easy Honda's "inspection" never looked closely at the truck. When I raised this with the salesman, I was told the truck was sold as-is. A week in, washing the truck myself, I discovered considerable rail dust across the hood, roof, and side panels -- easy to miss on bright white paint, but it took two more washes and clay-bar treatments with iron remover to mostly clear it. I asked repeatedly for Easy Honda's intake inspection report and, days later, received screenshots showing a "$1,000 inspection" with no parts or labor listed -- implying nothing was found, despite the squirrel nest and rail dust. Easy Honda agreed to fix a door ding, reattach lights on the truck's running boards, and give me a "dealer discount" on a replacement key fob. My service appointment landed on the last day of the month, and since my repairs weren't revenue-generating, I waited four hours. The "discount" fob quote came back at $1,024 -- local locksmiths wanted $350-$400, so I went that route instead. Two smaller issues: the floor mats included were for a 2nd-gen Colorado and didn't fit my 3rd-gen truck, even though the original window sticker showed mats were dealer-installed. And the windshield had a bubbled, poorly installed aftermarket tint that Easy Honda should have removed before selling the truck. This truck sat on their lot for over two months and was priced to move -- but their used-car inspection process seems close to nonexistent, relying on the "as-is" clause rather than a real pre-sale check. They could actually honor what they say they would do if I bought the car. Been a month and still waiting for the 3 things I asked if they could do for me. All they said was that they wood take care of it and that was not over a month ago. And I only asked if they could tint the driver and passenger window (cheaper since it's for a car dealership), change the wiper blade ($30) on the driver side and touch up 4-5 spots on the paint ($25 for the touch up paint). And that was for a $30k car. They will say anything to get you to buy a car but they won't do anything for you after you signed the paperwork. Remember to get it in writing. read more

It was my second visit to Easy Honda. This visit was specifically for an emissions inspection so that I could renew my car registration (why is my car expiring and the car note is not lol). Anywho, I scheduled a Saturday morning appointment over the phone with ease. Specially spoke with Tiffany. My appointment was for 8:30am and I arrived about 2-5 minutes before. Once there, I was greeted by someone whom let my service provider know. I waited for about 15 minutes which is not too long, but I do wish my exact start time would have been honored. Car dealerships are busy, and I understand. Keito eventually came over introduced himself and noted my car mileage. He let me know the price and off my Honda went! I decided to stay at the dealership during my service so I took a seat in the customer lounge. There's a seating area with a reasonable number of seats, granted I can't imagine what it looks like on a really busy day. Complimentary coffee and water is available. I appreciate that they provide you with an Uber home if you stay within a 10 mile radius and don't desire waiting there. Since moving from the burbs and closer to the city, Easy Honda is now my Honda and it's just that....easy. Great customer service, and I shall return for my next service when needed! read more

Waited two hours for car to be done even when an appointment was made for the oil change and car wash. Arrived to pick up the car and the car wash was not done. I spoke to the director of service and parts, Jose Ruiz, and he said that not all services get a complimentary car wash and that I should just be happy that I got the oil change at a discount. BLATANTLY FALSE ADVERTISING PRICES I generally, don't tend to leave reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. My car was recently stolen, and was looking for a replacement when I saw an ad on autotrader for a new car at this dealership listed for $31.5k (about $34k after tax and fees) but when I came in to the dealership was given a quote of $42k. When I informed them of the ad they placed on auto trader that had the car listed for under MSRP, they claimed the dealership not responsible for the price shown on auto trader, and instead was a price auto trader generated which is a categorically false claim as verified by auto traders own representatives as they are only an advertising agency. When I informed them that this appears to violate the recent FTC they brought out the manager and told me that our business is over. This dealership will attempt to use prohibited bait-and-switch pricing practises to get you in the door and then hit you with additional fees that cannot be removed read more

I was charged $411.64!! $160.88 for the key. $194.00 for cutting and programming the key. $29.10 for a shop charge?? $15.67 for sales tax. And $11.99 for using a credit card. Then the "free" multi point inspection found nearly $1000 in suggested repairs. I was just there four months ago and spent over $3400 to repair everything. Not going back! read more

We contacted Easy Honda about a vehicle advertised online at $13,998 and asked in writing for an itemized out-the-door quote with no add-ons. When we came in, the buyer's order added "optional dealer installed" items that were not optional: $3,295 reconditioning, $799 LoJack, and $2,999 Pro Pack (total $7,093). That raised the selling price to $21,091 and the out-the-door total to $22,808.36. We asked them to remove the add-ons or offset them with an equal price reduction. They refused, so we walked out. I'm here now 5/23 for a recall, but inquired on a wiper fluid reservoir leaking on my 2022 Civic. Didn't know that it's a $225 fee to look, and it's not covered under warranty. I bought the car with 3 miles on it, and its garage kept and used daily. I'm unsure of how "rodents" PROBABLY chewed a hole in it. It's 7 am and I just got off work from the hospital, I'm tired and do not have time for such foolishness. I purchased a new vehicle from Easy Honda in Katy, TX on 10/2 and traded in my previous car. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been extremely frustrating. Despite being told multiple times that my final bill of sale had been emailed to me, I've never received it (and I've checked all spam/junk folders). I've followed up with the salesperson, the finance department, and even sent emails to management -- no response. My trade-in loan has finally been paid off (confirmed with my lender), but I still don't have the required documentation for my own records. It shouldn't take weeks and multiple requests to receive a basic legal document from a dealership. Coming here to write an update review on the service I had here. Around 20 days ago I went into Easy Honda to get a full service on my car. I'm always weary about going into dealerships and getting my car worked on as I feel like they are going to rip me off because I'm a woman. Anyway. Not only did it cost over $1000 for a full service, (I can understand that the work needed to be done and it's pricy for parts and service) but they didn't fully tighten the oil drain plug. So my car had been leaking oil for the last 20 days. Had to take my car into a DIFFERENT shop because I hit a curb and it messed up my suspension and the guy just called back and told us that Easy Honda didn't fully tighten the oil drain plug and it could have blown out my engine if it would have fallen out (which was VERY likely to happen). I'm actually so incredibly disappointed for going, waiting 6 hours for a full service (again no one gave me any sort of time estimate), and then having to be told they didn't even properly tighten something that could have caused serious damage. Genuinely never going here again. No shade to anyone, y'all are just doing y'all's job and I respect it, truly, but just did not get the service I was looking for. read more

Will give you the runaround thinking you're approved for the car; just to comeback around and tell you otherwise. Then when you put a "deposit" for the car, it's an issue to return the funds. When we got to Easy Honda they had swapped out the fluids and installed a low jack and wanted over $22,000! You read it right... over $22,000! We couldn't believe it when they showed us the numbers. Made an appointment about 2 hours in advance to look at a 2020 Passport advertised by the dealership. Drove 30 miles, waited about an hour. met David G., drove to the used car dept. I waited about 30 more minutes for David to bring the Passport around for the test drive. Let me emphasize, I made an appointment to see and test drive this car. Minimum, cave-man-level courtesy should dictate that they would reserve the vehicle long enough for me to test drive it, or at least tell me it was being SOLD AS i WAITING IN THE LOBBY! But no, When David G. finally showed up, he informed me that the Passport I drove 30 miles and waited 2 hours to test drive had been sold, but I could test drive the filthy 2022 Pilot he brought instead, with no records or reports of history or condition. I'm going to have trust issues as a result of this performance, obviously. I'm not in the business, but I know classic used-car-dealer BnS when I see it. Shopping for a car at this dealership was as good as it gets. I had already narrowed down my preferred vehicle as being a new or certified CR-V, light colored, in the EX-L trim which had a few pluses such as leather seats. My research also gave me a rough estimate of what the MRSP price would be, and I had already seen that most dealers have automatic add-ons, and due to inventory shortages, new vehicles could very well have further up-charges for "Market Adjusted Value." I was prepared and ready to purchase a vehicle if it was 'close' to what I wanted, including a fair price and a good offer for my ten year old trade-in. I called Andrew Mannino, their new car salesperson who was recommended to me, explained what I wanted, and got a quick appointment to meet that morning. When I arrived, the car the I ended up purchasing was waiting out front for me. It was a new 2022 model with a white pearl finish and tan leather interior (I wanted silver with black interior, but I had already learned that supplies are short, and in-coming inventory is frequently pre-sold). After a quick test drive, I asked to see their Passport model which offered a bit more room, but cost $8-10,000 more. I test drove it too, and then decided that the CR-V model was a good fit for me and my budget. Long story short, Andrew gave me an accurate idea of the pricing which ended up including a 2022 close-out discount instead of an up-charge for "Market Adjusted Value." I agreed to having my trade-in evaluated which took only 10-12 minutes, and within a few minutes after that, I had a full printed sheet explaining the pricing down to the 'out the door price' after my trade-in. Since I had done my homework, I asked for a small adjustment which took about 2 minutes to be approved. We had a deal! The dealership took the car to be washed while I checked out with Emad Taha, Finance Manager. Thank goodness there were not surprises, and Emad did not push any thing such as extended warranties (he asked if I was interested, and my quick "No" ended that topic). I have a great vehicle with all the new safety features included, and I can recommend this dealer and their excellent customer service. I think I was in and out in around 3 to 3.5 hours. read more

Took my car in for recall work (Seat belt latches). I opened the trunk and took out my umbrella before dropping the car off. The recall work was done in a timely fashion. The next day, I tried to open my trunk and it wouldn't open. The key fob and the automatic trunk switch on the car door wouldn't open the trunk. I called Easy Honda and they said the latch had probably broke, it was not uncommon for a 5 year old car, and to bring it in for repairs and it would be about $300. Later that day, I googled Honda trunk latches, and it turns out there is a manual switch that can be accessed after you open the glove compartment. So, I opened the glove compartment and the switch was turned to Lock position. I took it out of lock position and the trunk opened. I didn't put it in Lock position cause I didn't know it existed. My spouse didn't do it as he didn't know about it either. And it's not easy to do, it's not like could have opened the glove compartment and accidentally moved it to Lock position. The only logical explanation is that Easy Honda did it Hoping I would bring it in for repairs. Note to all. Lock your glove compartment before taking your vehicle in!!! read more

Severe bait-and-switch and immediate safety hazards. Salesperson Chris verbally promised a $1,000 insurance credit to close my deal, explicitly stating it was personally approved by Managing Partner Lincoln Stahl. Relying entirely on this owner approved incentive, I purchased the vehicle. After stalling me for a full month and repeatedly lying that the check was being 'overnighted,' management sent a corporate message backing out of the $1,000 promise and trying to force me to take a lowball $112 check.Worse, they delivered a dangerously defective vehicle. THE VERY SAME DAY I drove it off the lot, the vehicle failed. I had to message Chris immediately because a mechanic found bad axles (posing a severe risk of structural failure on the road), bad tires, terrible alignment, and a completely black engine air filter. I had to pay out of pocket just to make the car safe to drive. Management tried to claim a window tint was a 'goodwill gift,' when it was actually a forced reimbursement because they put my life in danger on day one. Unethical, deceptive, and highly dangerous sales practices. Official consumer fraud complaints have been filed with the Texas Attorney General and the Texas DMV. Terrible Experience - Sold Me a Faulty Vehicle and Ignored Me I purchased a 2022 Toyota Tacoma from Easy Honda on May 19, 2025, and I regret doing business with them. From the moment I drove off the lot, the truck had serious problems: * The passenger door would not open * The blind spot detection system didn't work * The rear speakers had no sound I contacted salesperson David Gutierrez and the dealership multiple times, expecting them to take responsibility. Instead, I've been completely ignored. No callbacks, no follow-up, no effort to fix the problems they sold me. These are not small issues -- they affect safety and functionality, and Easy Honda has shown zero accountability. I call them every week to remind them and it's always "I'll look into it and call you back tomorrow". Everyone that works here is rude, one of the employees hung the phone up on me several times after asking to speak to a manager. Put $10,000 down and they ended up selling me the "wrong car". Practically forced me to bring the car back to the dealership and swap it. They haven't switched my finance over yet so I'm still technically paying on the previous car. Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever bought a car from and I've bought several cars, by far the laziest and most disrespectful dealership in Houston.
