Manel and his team are not only great movers, but great people. Before moving day, Manel openly communicated with me regarding the details of the move, such as items to be moved, stairs, parking, timing, etc. On moving day, before his team started to move things, Manel took the extra effort to make sure he and his team have properly assessed the situation, and then proceed with the move strategically. They handled everything with care, and Manel always made sure the team was doing things properly. He also communicated lots with us regarding whether we have specific preferences, or things to be aware of, and did lots of extra work to wrap things up and protect our furniture for us. Because we had so many unexpected things to pack, clean, and move, Manel and his team even worked extra hard to squeeze in another trip at the end of the day. He literally rescued me and I don't know what I would've done without him and his team! The pricing is also very generous, especially because they work so fast and efficiently. I expected to pay a lot more for the move, but Manel was very precise and generous with his calculations and rates. To be frank, he may not seem outwardly "nice/social" to some, but trust me Manel has a huge heart: he genuinely cares about his customers, he cares about his business (in a good way), and works hard to make sure everything's taken care of. His level of initiative and care is amazing. Don't hold back on communicating your preferences and needs with him; he will do whatever it takes to figure everything out. read more

Manel Bosch from Easy Around Moving recently came to our rescue....and we are so grateful! We had to move some very heavy and insanely awkward equipment...including an extra large treadmill, huge elliptical trainer, and a massive (and yes heavy) desk. Not only are these items heavy, but they are extremely awkward. They had to be lifted around two tight corners to their new location. I knew it was a tall order, and (of course) I needed it done on a short time-frame. Manel defied the laws of physics last weekend and moved all the equipment to exactly where I needed it to go. Not only did he accomplish our goal, but did so in an outstanding manner. He really tried all avenues that were possible and never gave up. His attitude towards the challenge was wonderful. He padded the banister to protect it when the equipment had to squeeze past, and all the walls and door frames survived without a scratch! (Yup, I checked.) He really impressed us. To say Manel and his crew rose to the occasion would be an understatement. They truly were superheros for us that day! They have our gratitude, our lifelong business, and most certainly our recommendation to anyone who may need to move their entire house, or just a few awkward items. Thanks Guys! You rock. -- Jennifer Gargon, Jewellery Artists 3D read more

We have used Easy Around Moving several times. The first time we bought a piano and they delivered it to our basement. They were extremely careful especially since it was a tight fit going down the stairs and around the corner into our basement. No scratches on either the piano or walls! After that I was doing a partial renovation and I had them pick up my Grandmother's Antique china cabinet and tea trolley and deliver it to the re-finisher in North Vancouver and then pick it back up and deliver it back to me when it was done. I was very nervous since this china cabinet has pre-war beveled glass that cannot be replaced. Manel took care of everything, from arranging times with the refinisher, moving my pieces with the utmost care, and delivering it back to me. He then set my pieces back up in my dining room, moving them to and fro until I was completely happy with the set up. Manel has such a calm demeanor. I would trust him to move anything - big or small, and I would know he would get the job done professionally. They always take care to wear booties in the house and to protect the furniture when it is being moved. read more

I had a great experience with Easy Around Moving! I set up an appointment with Manel over the phone and he got back to me in a timely manner. On the morning of the move, he texted me to let me know that two of his movers (Jesse and Borja) were on their way. The movers were courteous and very pleasant, they got to work right away! My bed required some disassembly so one of the movers started on that while the other kept right on moving boxes. They blanket-wrapped and handled all of my furniture delicately and nothing was damaged. When we got to the final location, the movers helped me arrange all my furniture the way that I wanted it and even moved the heaviest boxes to their final locations so that I wouldn't have to struggle with them later. The whole move took approximately 5 hours (at 85/hr) + a $90 travel fee (I live in Richmond). At the end of the move the owner Manel called and spoke with me over the phone to make sure that everything had gone smoothly! All in all I was very satisfied with Easy Around Moving. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Hard working guys. We moved an overly-full 1br apartment. Peter and Eugene were workhorses and Manel came to check on the progress part way through. We had a LOT of stairs on both ends, not much elevator help, and they kept moving and moving. Everything was on time and went like clockwork, even with other cleaners and painters getting in the way. They took a short break for lunch around noon, completely acceptable. When it was realized they job was taking too long they brought in a third mover for the last 2-3hrs for a small charge, which really helped. Their base fee was very comparable to other companies but their availability was better, thank goodness! It included all of the padding, dolleys, plastic wrap for furniture, wardrobe boxes for our clothes on hangers, etc. Manel sent me the total when the job was done and they have a variety of payment options. You expect some small thing to get lost or broken in any move but so far everything is intact, even all the mirrors, artwork, glassware, etc. 5 stars because my wife and I can't think of any way it could have gone better! read more

I started phoning moving companies and left messages 2 weeks before when I wanted to move. 3 of the companies had very good reviews on yelp but Easy Around was the only one that returned my calls in a timely fashion. In between I gotten 1 expensive quote on a 2 men hourly rate plus they insisted I had to either provide a 3 person to watch their truck for security or they would and the rate of course was even higher. Manel from Easy Around talked with me and we then communicated all the finer details by emails. The night before my move, he left another message to confirm. On the actual day, he called shortly after his 2 guys started just to ensure everything was okay and did the same after the job. I really appreciated it. The 2 movers were very good and personable. They finished faster than I thought and did a great job. Also, Easy Around has a very reasonable rate on top of everything. I would definitely use them again! read more

A very smooth experience. Before selecting his company, Manel responded promptly and professionally and provided references at our request. His crew arrived on time and were professional, hard-working and pleasant. They were responsive to our requests - we labelled items to indicate where to place them in our new home and this was followed closely. They were attentive to details and took care of our possessions - they laid down covers to protect floors where needed, wore shoe covers when walking on carpets, wrapped furniture as needed, secured items to the walls of the truck, and even removed light bulbs from lamps. The only downside is that two boxes fell off the truck; however, no damage was done and the vast majority of our items showed no signs of having been moved. Overall, this team is a smooth-running machine. I found Easy Around on Yelp and would, without hesitation, recommend them to others. read more

I have used Manel and crew two times now, and if I ever have to plan another move, there is no doubt who I will call. EASY AROUND MOVING! I helped two friends move into a Retirement Living home and the retirement home recommended Easy Around and I was so impressed! One move was very tricky as there were multiple drops and the parking at Hemlock and 6th was terrible. But the crew did it! The care, the respect, being on time, they answered all my questions and most of all, they smiled! They handled all the challenges that come with a move with no stress, no fuss, no muss. In November my husband and I sold our house and moved into a rented coach house. The moving company we used was a disaster...... damaged doors, walls, broke a handle on our armoire, tracked mud throughout, niched our leather couch...... Next time it's EASY AROUND. I was referred to Easy Around Moving & Delivery by my sister as she'd used them for a couple of her moves. I've used them for 4 times in the past year (one office move and 3 residential moves) because I like them so much. They arrive on time, quickly assess what needs to be moved and how best to fit everything into their moving truck, and promptly get to work. These guys don't waste any time! The four times that I hired Manel, he had a different helper every time and they all were very nice and professional. Manel is very accommodating - so much so that he moved me on a stat holiday so that I could get my office set-up for the upcoming work week. They were very careful with my things (not a thing was broken!), worked efficiently and are very reasonably priced. Moving can be a pain in the a** but Manel and his guys make it a piece of cake! read more

I have used Easy Around Moving & Delivery for three separate residential moves now and have been 100% satisfied each time. Manel is always very professional and respectful of both the items being moved and the residences they are being moved from/to. He takes great care to protect the walls and floors and everything has always arrived safe and intact. He even wrapped up my photos that were hanging on the wall - I had no idea how to package them up so was going to move them separately by car; Manel wrapped and moved them for me and they arrived without a single scratch. I have used other movers in other cities and Manel rates #1! Great service at a great price. I honestly cannot imagine moving without him - it makes moving day so much less stressful and my belongings arrive in much better condition than if I had friends help out instead. read more

Thank you for your immediate follow up for your moving service; Manel. The moving were done great and within the scheduled time for the use of building elevator. Manel has a great team; Victor and Nick were great and friendly in the moving! In addition; Victor was a big help! While in the moving we found a sudden water leaking from the upstairs through our ceiling of the bedroom downstairs. Victor was able to quick found the source of the leaking. As when Victor and I went upstairs to check and he quickly heard from behind a closed door; running of water sounds; we than quickly checked inside; found the tap water was running unattended. Victor was such quickly and found the source of leaking; and stop the tap water from further overflown to the floor. Certainly will recommend this company! read more

I had my move from Kits to Yaletown done by Manel's team. I am very satisfied with their service. I had to pick somebody up at the airport at noon, so I asked Manel to start the work at 8:00am. First of all Bobby and his crew showed up at 7:45. Moreover, it was three of them instead of two, to make sure my move would finish on time. They worked very fast,, nevertheless they were professional and knew what they were doing, very careful. I didn't get a scratch on my furniture. They could finish the job in two hours and half. Bobby asked for 3 hours and said that was a minimum time for them, but since I was very satisfied, and didn't waste a second, I was OK with that. I will use this company again for my future moves. read more

These Guys Are The Best !!! Arrived a few days ago in a big U-Haul (likely the worst company I have ever dealt with) and attached trailer loaded to the gunwales. Manel & Peter showed up right on time and worked like mad men. They were very careful and did no damage getting everything, including two big sofas, to an upstairs suite in an old house in Kits. Manel almost gets annoyed if he catches you carrying things yourself and several times took things from me to move himself...hardest working man I've seen in a long time. They even delivered a hide-a-bed over to my son's place and took his old sofa away. Price was very good and the service unbelievable. Use these guys !! Jack Holdsworth read more

Manel and his crew are now our go-to movers! Having moved half a dozen times around Vancouver in the last few years, Easy Around Moving has been our best experience yet. They were very accommodating to our schedules as well as to our needs, even adding a second round of moving in one day for our storage unit. They also made quick work of another move for us from Richmond to Bowen Island - while a ferry can be a complication for other trades and movers, Manel had no issues and delivered on time. I can't say enough great things about this company! We'll be using them and referring them to our friends and family from here on out. read more

These guys were really sweet, very personable and enjoyable to spend the day with, and very accomodating of my needs. I was picking up a huge crazy desk from a craigslist purchase and the people I was buying it from didn't even show !! They were so understanding about it, and then the next day we did the pick up and the desk was way more heavy and more work than expected but they handled it like pros. It was so big it was crazy, most people would have not been able to wiggle it through the staircase, but they used true expert skills to work it through without scuffing the walls. I liked them, will always go with these guys. read more

Really flawless! Owner very easy and straightforward to deal with. Movers couldn't have been more efficient, polite, patient, and professional. On-time, very fast. Building staff put a lot of rules in their path at the last minute that they just took the hassle in stride and worked around it. They also had to move stuff around on arrival to make room for what was being moved in and did it cheerfully. They work quickly which is to the customer's advantage since they charge by the hour. Price very reasonable..I have paid more for so much less! Made the whole move much more painless than my worry-wart brain was anticipating! read more

I was extremely pleased with Easy Around Moving & Delivery. My husband and I purchased a sofa bed only to find that it did not fit in our elevator (and we live on the eighth floor). After much grief with ridiculous quotes and limited availability of other moving companies, we were able to book Easy Around on short notice and for a very reasonable price to carry the sofa up the stairs. Manel and co. were very careful and meticulous and made sure not to damage our heavy sofa bed or any part of our building stairwell. I would not hesitate to recommend Easy Around and I would definitely use them again! read more

Manel was wonderful at coordinating my move. Dates were changing, move out one day, move in next,...all in one day... And he worked with me on all of it with complete flexibility and an accommodating attitude. When the day of the move came, the guys called to say they were coming, showed up on time, worked really diligently, were careful, listened to things I asked for and asked about things they weren't sure. What more could you ask for with a mover! The price was reasonable and I was so happy that there were no surprises when it came to the final bill - what was quoted was what they charged. read more

The easiest and painless move EVER! From the very beginning Easy Around Moving was the simplest process. Manel was efficient in calling me back to give me details about the company, right away I booked with him. Borja and Vincent were professional, friendly and very quick to move my furniture. Nothing was damaged. They even helped me put the legs on some tables and set up the bed frame. A very trustworthy company, I would most definitely hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone needing help to move. Thank you Manel, Borja and Vincent! read more
