Their pork fried rice has a decent, though not amazing, amount of actual pork in it. (I like the big chunks their rice contains.) The sauces aren't too gooey - just the right amount. Took a chance and ordered for delivery, choosing the Catfish Sliders and an order of Buffalo Wings. The sliders were much better than I expected and were built heftily on toasted buns. Nice touch. Curious about the restaurant itself, I took the time to stop by and was impressed with the interior and how clean the restaurant looked. An additional plus, unlike most of the fast food Chinese restaurants in our area, they have ample seating available for dine-in. Based on this positive experience, I wouldn't hesitate ordering from Empire Express again.
