Thank you for being open during COVID-19! I ordered here for delivery on 05/12/2020 and it was great! Craved Chinese food and was glad that they have pork egg foo young because I am craving for a savory egg dish. We also ordered chicken with broccoli, young chow fried rice, egg drop soup, honey chicken wings, and eggplant with garlic sauce. I am a huge fan of eggplant and thought that their eggplant with garlic sauce was saucy and flavorful. Their egg drop soup is a good portion for its price. The egg foo young did not disappoint at all! It comes with a sauce and I am not sure what it is but it was good. We enjoyed all the dishes that we ordered overall. Such a great comfort food. Moved into the neighborhood in December 2019. Finding good Chinese food in a new neighborhood can be like perfectly aging a fine wine, or so I imagine. I finally got the courage to start trying places in July 2020. This was the first place I tried based on yelp and google reviews and I was not disappointed. The Lo mein is standard and reliable, which is all I was looking for. The pork fried rice was delicious and freshly made. Delivery is quick. I would say that the biggest disappointment about this spot is that they don't give fortune cookies with your order, and that is of course something I'm willing to overlook in light of the overall food quality. It's been a month since I first ordered from here and I've already gone back twice more. Will definitely be my regular Chinese spot while I'm in the neighborhood. read more

Of all the Chinese take outs in the neighborhood (Midwood) they're our favorite. And I'm not just saying that because it's around the corner but they actually have flavor. I can actually tell the difference between their food and other places. You can also try Isaac's across the street. They wouldn't come up to your apartment if they have multiple deliveries. They'll call you to come down to meet him, but it's fast -usually. We haven't been dissatisfied with anything we ordered "yet". read more

Will Never order from here again thanks to the delivery courier. I live in a family house which includes one flight of stairs to front door. Delivery person was VERY RUDE and did not want to walk up the stairs to hand me my order. He then decided to walk up half the stairs. I like the food at this place but the delivery service is terrible. It's usually the same guy and he sometimes doesn't even walk up to the building or buzz the apartment. This last delivery was the worst - he was in front of the wrong building across the street and when I got down stairs he tried to wave me across the street. He eventually crossed the street bit waited on his bike so I had to walk out to the street. I no longer include a tip in my order because I like to see how the service is first. He called twice and asked for my address and still got it wrong. He then had the nerve to ask for a tip! They also don't really do anything that you wrote in your order as a note. I repeatedly ask them not to send rice with my order and every time they send it anyway and I end up throwing it out. read more

I got the beef w/ broccoli lunch special with white rice and the free soda (figured it's summer, just a tad hot to be eating some soup) & a small ff's since no one in the ofc wanted to order, I needed to add something so they'd deliver. Surprised to read the reviews on here as I have had a different experience. One of the few Chinese restaurants left where the food actually tastes like something. Vegetable fried rice is dope, crunchy veggies, not a ton of oil. Sesame chicken is crunchy and perfectly cooked. Food is fresh and delivery is super prompt. I had a horrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered food today and at first they delivered the food to the wrong place, although the address on my order was correct. Second, they gave me chicken instead of the bean curd I ordered. As someone who has been a vegetarian for over seven years, I am completely understanding an order can be wrong sometimes. I thought the issue was resolved when I called back. When I called back, the person who responded sounded genuinely sorry and made sure I would have my food redelivered. However, the same guy who had delivered the food to the wrong location came in and screamed at the security, and cursed at her for no reason whatsoever. As a result the delivery person had to be escorted out of the building. My food finally made it to me, via another delivery person. However, it is not worth this negative experience to order here and concern myself with the safety and well being of myself and staff where I work. read more
