This is cheap food at a cheap price. It was easy order and friendly service, but the food is just average at best.

This is the best prepared food place in the immediate area. They're well priced, consistent, and friendly. Try the French Fries!

There's a hotel right next-door. You're seated relatively quickly; basically the staff brings beverages and remove empty plates. The food looks pretty, but of a lot of it is a bit greasy. It's a little disappointing. There are all the expected steam table entrees: lo mein, fried rice, shrimp, some fish, chicken and pork, some dim sum, and soup, a salad bar, and an extensive dessert area. On the positive side; there's loads of free parking, there are some EV charging stations, it's easy to get in and out of the. Will we go back? A resounding NO! Even though it's $12.99 for lunch, there are other places to go and avoid dyspepsia.

King Buffet is located in the former Golden Corral & offers a variety of basic, common Chinese dishes & some sushi rolls, as well as misc desserts. I'd say was ok at best, and is a tad greasy & lower quality than if you ate the same dishes at a regular Chinese or Japanese restaurant. Though pretty clean for a Buffet, this place is good to fill the belly and not cone with a heavy price tag.

SERVICE: College age servers do a nice job- My server, August, is friendly, attentive , and knowledgeable about the menu. He stated that my Allium allergy was not a problem. The food came out at a good pace and was very fresh. FOOD: The menu is a bit more extensive than the original location in Wappingers Falls, but I recognize most of the tried and true favorites: My order: Jasmine tea, SOUP DUMPLINGS: the same excellent flavor as the regular dumplings with very little soup inside. They are delicious but pricewise, I recommend opting in for the one dozen pork dumplings at 10:99 - a better value and the same flavor. Beef and carrot pan fried: Scrumptious!! One of my favorites. Shrimp and pork steamed $13.99 sweet, jut-right shrimp coddled in sweet sausage. Delicate and delicious! TO-Go for my daughter: MALA TANG- Shrimp, Quail eggs, vegetables $17.99 I'm hoping that they packed it well for travel Nice meal, Chef!‍ CONGRATULATIONS on your new location!

Dumpling varieties included vegetarian, egg, pork or chicken, steamed or $2 more for fried. We enjoyed the chicken and cabbage and pork and chicken and chive (12 each) and it was enough of a snack for 3 people. Their menu has a decent selection so would love to return to sample other things. Pay cash to get an 8% "discount." Service was fine too. It has two entrances on opposite sides which is convenient if you want to explore other stores (Smoothie King, ramen, bunsen lab, Shake shack, etc) in the complex. Shop Rite and Home depot are also close.

They also have a decent bar, featuring sake, cocktails, beer and wine. On my most recent visit they were sold out of a couple of the imported Asian beers, not to fear though. They also have a decent list of local draft beers. So of course I pivoted to a IPA. For dinner we started with the Korean Wings ($14) from their extensive specials list, as well as the Shanghai and Singapore Noodles ($16 ea.) The wings were fried perfectly and the sauce was a well-balanced blend of sweetness and spice. For our noodle dishes, we were surprised to find that with the special you get a combo of chicken, shrimp and pork, as opposed to the choice of only one when you order from the regular dinner menu. Price point also varies depending on your protein. The Shanghai noodles were saucy, with a good amount of veggies with noodles similar to that of chow mein. Alternatively the Singapore noodles are very thin, spiced with a bit of curry and extremely flavorful. We enjoyed both and loved the care that was given by our server. She checked in and updated us about our order, while carefully navigating our needs without interrupting our intimate dinner. Red House is most definitely on my list for my next Happy Hour with the ladies. Signed, The Happy Hour Huntress
