Here is a tip: when people are spending their hard-earned money at your establishment, you don't get an attitude when they ask you to explain your math. Take the time to talk to people with respect. I had to stand there and figure out their mistake for them: the first time, the worker arbitrarily decided to ring it up as a lunch special (which came with an egg roll) because of the time of day, even though I didn't ask for it. Today, someone else rang it up a different way. If a customer calls and places a specific order, you do not just take it upon yourself to change how you process it without clarifying, and you definitely don't penalize them with a higher price and a bad attitude the next week because your staff isn't on the same page.
