We ordered beef lo mein, chicken and broccoli with fried rice, hot and sour soup and wonton soup. Our initial impressions were "wow" the portions were huge! We do love leftovers! There were a ton of veggies and meat in both dishes. The veggies could not have been any fresher. They were not soggy and cooked perfectly. The meat was also generous and very tender, not fatty at all. There were even loads of veggies in the soups. I typically don't care for the pork in the fried rice but this pork I was picking out to eat separately. It also was all meat and tender. The food was excellent. It wasn't greasy, and the flavor was good. This is the only Chinese restaurant in town, but they don't take that for granted and cut corners. It seems that they take pride in their business.
