I had high hopes since the menu includes intestines and other items that clearly are not meant for white customers. I am very happy to have a very tasty Chinese restaurant close to me. Dry pork noodles: These were the best IMO. Nice and spicy, with great flavors all around. I suggest getting the pork chop (add on) since there is not a lot of meat that comes with the dish normally. Beef noodle soup: Tasted very authentic and had a great broth. Thin slices of beef reminded me of real Chinese noodle soups. Spicy dry chicken noodles; Very similar to the pork noodles. What I really enjoy is that these are actually spicy dishes! I never had to add chili sauce!! Pork and chive dumplings: These were solid. The sesame dipping sauce is fine, but a mixture of Chinese vinegar (you rarely find this!) and chili sauce are good compliments. Cucumbers: These were more garlic-y then what I had in China, but are still good. Adding a little Chinese vinegar to them really takes them up a notch.

latina little girl on the phone is very disrespectfull they couln't find the location because it was an office called back and i told them i understood if they made mistake with apartments and she was hostile for no reason calling me "shorty" never seen her there she has to be new but didn't like the service so just be aware hopefully she stays in school to learn manners. read more

The food is mediocre at best. The man who owns this, RiFen Zheng, is a slum lord who buys up foreclosed homes in decent neighborhoods, then rents them out to multiple familes allowing the property to degrade. We have seen our property value decrease over 200,000 thanks to this person. Please don't support this business. read more

It was accompanied by white rice. Large enough portion that she has lunch for tomorrow! Diner #3 ordered an eel roll and a few pieces of fat salmon sashimi. She said it was all good. I ordered pad Thai with shrimp. Several large shrimp were delicious and the noodles were very good. I ordered it as mild as possible and there was not a hint of 'hot' spice although it was physically really hot, which I love. I think next time I'd ask for a little heat in it. As I'm writing this I realize I could have asked for some chili oil or something to spice it but I enjoyed it very much. The server was terrific and a few people made sure our drinks were refilled. Total came out to approximately $42. What's hot - Menu. Pretty good variety! There's something for everyone, even vegans. There's meat, veggies, tofu, seafood, dumplings, noodles (to include noodle soups), and rice dishes. For example, there's a good variety of the different types of tofu, like bean curd sheet, fried tofu, and regular tofu. There's a good variety of veggies, as well, such as bak chow, egg plant, lotus root, woodear mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, etc... - Quality. Very good, with the exception of the spice level, which is addressed below. Both dishes were well-seasoned and not too salty. There are a good amount of spices involved and more than the standard Chinese spices. The beef in the appetizer was tender, thinly sliced, and also came with a good amount of thinly sliced cucumbers and green scallions. All the veggies, with the exception of the green beans (which were a bit on the raw side) in the hot pot dish were tender, as well. For an ethnic Chinese restaurant, my opinion is this place is legit. - Location. Conveniently located in a plaza with other restaurants and shops. It's pretty easy to find, as well. - Layout. Their layout is pretty good, but their tables do not appear to accommodate groups of more than 4-6. They might be able to push together some tables together, though. - Price. Given the portions and quality for ethnic Chinese food, it's reasonable and good value for money. - Service. I arrived a few minutes after I was originally told my order would be ready. My takeaway order was packed and ready when I arrived. The hot pot dish I ordered comes with rice, which was enough for 2 people. The food was also well packed- no leaking and the takeaway containers did not fall apart. Their staff appear to speak both English and Mandarin, as well. What's not - Spice level. For the hot pot dish, I ordered the normal spice level. However, the hot pot dish in combination with the the beef shank appetizer was a bit too much. I could definitely feel my tongue tingling midway through the dishes. I have a pretty good tolerance for spice, so that I could feel my tongue tingling means something. However, that this was the normal spice level for the hot pot and the appetizer dish was too much. My point is to be prepared. - Parking. There is a small parking lot in the complex, but it can be tight. Street parking is dependent on the day and time you go. This neighborhood is a bit dense, so parking is not the easiest to find. Final Answer Would like to return and am less inclined to order anything spicy.
