I replaced every sensor and even added a boost fooler to solve the problem, but the problem would not go away. Finally, I put back in the stock turbo and I have no more issues. The KC turbo is now a paperweight. I believe that the wastegate is seized. I understand that sometimes even good products can have defects, but my real issue with KC is the horrible customer service. They will not even consider that their product could have a problem and refuse to make this right...I'm on my own. Learned my lesson to go to O'Reilly for batteries as they have everything in their system, and not on a sticker that can be removed, or fall off easily.
