One thing that caught my attention was seeing the cook hanging out near the bar instead of in the kitchen--kind of odd, but not a big deal. The food was excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the short rib pasta was outstanding, and the pork belly appetizer was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the meal. It's a little more expensive than most places around here, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. Overall, Fireside Kitchen is a great addition to the area, and we'll definitely be back.
