    a half eaten sandwich

I am having a fantastic club sandwich and fries for lunch. This is probably one of the best clubs sandwiches I've had. I know you are thinking how do you mess up a club sandwich? The layering is pretty dang perfect and fresh ingredients. Pickles are outstanding and my fries were crispy and hot. My waitress is a pleasure to have and so attentive. Prices are beyond reasonable. We are repeat customers for sure. My husband loves coming here for breakfast too.

The bar is a great spot to hang out, and the overall vibe is really cool. The servers were all very friendly. They seemed pretty new and didn't know the menu inside and out yet, but everyone was pleasant and eager to help. One thing that caught my attention was seeing the cook hanging out near the bar instead of in the kitchen--kind of odd, but not a big deal. The food was excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the short rib pasta was outstanding, and the pork belly appetizer was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the meal. It's a little more expensive than most places around here, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. Overall, Fireside Kitchen is a great addition to the area, and we'll definitely be back.

The salmon was well done and was really small. Their drinks are pretty pricey yet, there is barely any alcohol in them. Waste of calories at that point. The ambiance was very nice and our waitress was very friendly and understood food allergies. There was a private event in the speakeasy so we didn't get to experience that. But we did go down there before we left just to check it out. It was nice.

We were able to make a last minute reservation, were seated right away and our server greeted us right away!! Then our toddler needed a diaper change....there was no changing table in the restroom. So we had to change her at our table. (Pad was placed down for sanitation). Once our food arrived things started to shift a bit. Two of our meals came right away, then all of our condiments (ketchup, hot sauce, jelly, ranch, etc), then the next two meals and finally a side. Spacing seemed a bit off especially because the restaurant wasn't that busy! My hot honey sandwich was delicious! Chicken was perfectly cooked and breaded!! The fries were also amazing!! My friend's frittata on the other hand, was seriously overcooked and there was a funky smell coming from the cast iron. We didn't send it back because in all honesty we didn't have time to wait for a new one to be made! The kids pancake and sausage was great! Our toddler devoured most of it! Big fan of the maple syrup!

My son went a little crazy with the sides and ordered the amazing mac and cheese, cheese stick with marinara and garlic cheese curds with ranch. We all agreed the pretzel bites were the best. Still super hot, salty, light and fluffy. It's served with a side of cheese that I haven't tried yet. My son assured me it is lovely. He got the chicken burrito and it was about 3 solid breasts worth of chicken in there. It also had rice in it. There wasn't any beans or cheese in it, which was odd to me. He really liked it though. He was able to eat half and is taking home the rest. He used my pretzel cheese with it. I thought it came with tortilla chips, so we asked for some and our server obliged. I had the turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and stuffing. Next time I'll get the gravy on the side. The potatoes really are perfect on their own. They came cold though, so I asked if they could throw it in the microwave for me for a couple of minutes. She did and they came back perfect. I ate everything but the sandwich. I tried the turkey. It was amazing. I just didn't have room after all the pretzels. My son happily took it home. His dad had the bacon cheeseburger with a side of bacon cheese fries. Same for him. He loaded up on fries and couldn't eat his burger. He said it wasn't as good as Applebee's, but everything else was better. The prices were similar. Our poor waitress was running on both sides of the restaurant but she made us feel well taken care of. We weren't lacking for anything. I'm glad this is a new option my son enjoys. And I'm so grateful I don't have to go to Culver's ever again. Thanks Tony's!

I'd heard rave reviews about the BLTs at this place, and they live up to the hype. These towering sandwiches are made with a whole pound of bacon. Thier side order of bacon is also a pound. Thier side of chili cheese fries was a platter. The service is friendly and quick, despite it being incredibly busy. It's crowded and a big loud, but that's understandable. I'd recommend it for giant portions of comfort foods.

It was really nice to be sectioned off from the rest of the restaurant and it was pretty cool to sit inside of this vault. Our server was great! He kept coming by cracking jokes and making sure that we had enough to drink. The Tilefish dish I had was okay. It was on special that night and I was expecting it to be some big showing for the market price it was listed at. The piece was pretty small, rice was mushy, and the sauce had no flavor to it really. The fish was great though, so the main part of the dish was great at least! I had multiple cocktails, one being an espresso martini which was excellent! Overall a great place though. Be careful walking to the bathroom though, that glass floor where people dining below you can look up at you is pretty bizarre.

The service was decent and our server was knowledgeable about the specials and menu in general. The food and drinks were hit or miss. The burgers, truffle fries, and oysters were a hit. The beet salad was bland. The espresso martini was pretty but did not impress, other drinks like the lemon drops were pretty good.
