For the manager, (I don't remember their name) an individual in a beanie and "The Shire" sweater, we had a negative interaction. The manager said this was how the food was supposed to be served. While we understand that businesses can set their own policies, the way this was handled left a bad impression and took away from what was otherwise meant to be a positive family outing. As for my main meal the Raviolo was horrible. Horrible sorry but is was not good at all, and we mutually agreed. The dough was way too thick or heavy , too chewy and the meat inside was over cooked. The sauce was tasty but didn't save this overall terrible dish. My other buddies Grouper Rueben with fries was flavorless and the fries were also terrible, mushy and no flavor as well. The last meal my buddies Seared Grouper was very good , perfectly prepared and very nice presentation . We did of course need to go one more level and order desert. I love real key lime pie and who can turn down fresh cooked warm chocolate cookie and vanilla ice cream .
