I brought in my brand new 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser for a bumper repair/replacement, and as a woman handling this out-of-pocket repair on a $90,000 vehicle, I was understandably nervous about unnecessary repairs, damaged sensors, recalibration costs, and whether I was being taken advantage of. Steve completely changed that experience for me. From start to finish, he communicated every step of the process, sent me detailed pictures throughout the repair, showed me any damaged parts that actually needed replacement, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my vehicle at all times. That level of transparency is rare these days, and it immediately built trust and loyalty. I was especially concerned about the parking sensors and avoiding unnecessary recalibration costs, and they handled my vehicle with incredible care. Steve and the technician who worked on my Land Cruiser went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and professionally. I truly hope upper management recognizes Steve and the technician involved because this was hands-down one of the best body shop experiences I've ever had, and I'm slightly embarrassed to admit I've had quite a few over the years. ‍ Great communication, honesty, professionalism, and genuine customer care. No airbags deployed or anything but my collision light came on and the cruise control stopped working. I called and spoke to Steve W. He was great, he said just bring it in and let's look at it. He was very thorough, gave me an estimate and a correct assessment of what was wrong with my car. There was more wrong than I originally thought. I did go to another car repair shop for a second opinion, and they wanted to charge me 3x as much as Coggin. Needless to say, I went back to CCC and they proceeded to repair my vehicle as promised which was greatly appreciated but I have to say their customer service is outstanding. When I went back Mariah B was helping me and she help set me up for repair day. Steve and Mariah tagged teamed me with kindness and communication until my repair was complete. Michelle at the front desk was just as hospital as the rest. She even asked me if I wanted to change the channel on the tv, or if I'd like some coffee while I waited. I also met the manager, Carlton.
