My 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe was returned from Crash Champions St. Augustine (#0688) with visible mold…read moreand standing water beneath the second- and third-row carpet after a bumper and sensor repair. The manager on duty confirmed the shop has no surveillance cameras and initially denied all responsibility, offering only to "detail" the vehicle despite visible mold and moisture. Because of that refusal, I was forced to open an insurance claim for shop negligence. Only after that claim was filed did the shop reach out saying they wanted to "take photos" and "look again," which I declined due to the biohazard condition and lack of secure indoor storage for vehicles at that facility. And quite frankly hostile nature, saying I wasnt being civil. I gave them every opportunity to fix this before escalation. This incident has been formally filed with: * Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (FDACS Case #2510-01788) * Florida Attorney General's Office * Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles (Region 3) The vehicle remains contaminated and will not be returned to this location. All evidence--including photos, call logs, and insurer documentation--shows the damage was discovered within hours of pickup. Date of service: September 25 - October 8 2025

He told me that this particular dent was not workable due to its location and the make of the car having reinforcement in the door. He packed up his stuff and was ready to leave. I asked him what I owed him, and he was not willing to take any money because he was not satisfied with what he had done. When I looked at the car, it was SIGNIFICANTLY improved. He did manage to remove a lot of the unsightly dent and clean off the paint from the other car that smacked into my door. I gave him some cash anyway. As I mentioned earlier, I knew that it was tough dent due to the location and the physics of the repair. I only wanted some improvement, and he certainly did that. I will be using him in the near future for my other cars. Thanks. Chris S. St. Aug

I recently sent a message to Coleman's Auto Detailing through a Facebook ad to request a cleaning…read moreservice for our 40ft RV, which included washing the inside and outside of the vehicle, as well as applying wax we supplied to the exterior. During the process of setting up the appointment, I was in contact with a person named Carrie. We scheduled the appointment for two weeks later. However, on the day of the appointment, Carrie did not show up, and I tried to reach her via text and call, but with no response. Eventually, I received a call from her brother Casey, who is also a co-worker, and he offered to come and perform the job himself since he said he trained Carrie. However, when I inspected his work later, I found out that he had only cleaned the shower door and left everything else dirty. So, I cleaned the floor and bathroom sinks myself and sent pictures of the dirty water and before and after pictures of the sink to Carrie, who I had contracted for the job. But she took no responsibility for Casey's work and didn't refund me any money. She said that it's all up to Casey and she would speak to him. I also sent the same text to Casey but received no response from him. "I noticed a discrepancy between the amount that Carrie had quoted me and the amount that Casey said I owed. So, I confronted Carrie after re-reading her text to me. She denied the quote and said that Casey was correct. I sent her the text with the quote and asked her to just admit if she made a mistake. I continued to text her and gave her an opportunity to do the right thing, but unfortunately, I have been ignored by both of them."
