Eddie contacted me right away and gave me a couple of choices for an appointment. My Jeep was so dirty and spotty after weeks of rain and pollen. I just hoped for the best. The interior needed some love too. I chose the "mini detail" which is inside vacuum, wipe down, shampoo the carpets and clean floor mats. It includes exterior wash and wax. When my Jeep was done I thought it looked great. Eddie had me do a walk around and check inside to make sure I was happy. I went inside and purchased a bottle of air freshener, paid and left. Then I started to get excited! As I drove away, it was like driving a brand new car. The Jeep was shining on the inside and out. I don't know how, but a week later it still smells brand new! A glass like mirror shine on the body, sparkly tires, glistening floor mats, and fresh interior! I'm beyond happy. When I pulled up to work everyone noticed! I would also like to say the windshield is better! Yes, yesterday I was on 295 and the rain was so bad that cars were pulling over. I could see just fine. I'm usually pulling over because of low visibility. Whatever magic they use, I am here for it! Thank you to Eddie and the guys especially Josh for going the extra mile!

I contacted the scheduler who said he was going to talk to the employee doing the work. At the end the total ended up being the higher amount plus tax and fees. I was also told on the phone that they accepted any payment method including Zelle, Venmo, etc, except PayPal. At the time to pay I was only given the option of cash or tap to pay. I was clear that the estimate could have a variance based on the conditions of the seats but the price increase stated at arrival was not considering the condition of the seats. At this point I needed the work completed and felt that I had no options other than accept the new price requested.

I'm really surprised to see so many bad reviews on this yelp page. I just had the best experience…read morewith Ray's Collision and I couldn't be happier with their work. I had gotten my rear bumper, trunk, and panel repaired through my insurance at another body shop but unfortunately, they did a subpar job leaving my trunk leaking whenever it rained. I ended up going back to this other shop two more times before finally giving up and going to Rays Collision. I explained the situation to Boe, the owner, and he suggested I still try to go through my insurance to have them pay for any work done since it was clear the other body shop didn't properly fix my car. Boe also went ahead and took the rear part of my car apart, identified all the issues, and sent me photos that I sent to my insurance. I was eventually able to get my insurance to agree to pay for the work at Ray's Collision. They were patient with me and let me keep my car at the shop while I figured out my payment and didn't charge me a thing. Only after my insurance had agreed to pay, they started the work. They were able to repair my car in 2 days and only charged $30 more than the original estimate! I'm very much happy with the work and communication I received at Ray's!

The manager on duty confirmed the shop has no surveillance cameras and initially denied all responsibility, offering only to "detail" the vehicle despite visible mold and moisture. Because of that refusal, I was forced to open an insurance claim for shop negligence. Only after that claim was filed did the shop reach out saying they wanted to "take photos" and "look again," which I declined due to the biohazard condition and lack of secure indoor storage for vehicles at that facility. And quite frankly hostile nature, saying I wasnt being civil. I gave them every opportunity to fix this before escalation.
