I recently had my car windows tinted by this mobile tinting company, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I looked for a few different company's and the one that caught my eye was Top tier Tinting. I sent them a message and they got back to me almost immediately (which as a buyer you appreciate). As this was my first time getting window tint i was full of questions. They answered all of my questions with honesty, i asked which window tint would be best for me, and they responded back saying how can we fit your needs. Rather than upselling me on a higher tint prices (Like most greedy owners would), they told me what would suit me best and boy were they right! They gave me an estimate there and then after answering a few questions about my car. I couldn't be more happy with the communication between the owner and I. He was very responsive, open, and most importantly clear about the process of what he was going to do to my car. The day arrived of getting my car tint and they made fast clean and quality work of removing the old window tint. One concern i had was what level of tint i should get, he said not to worry and he will bring variety's of tint. I was very happy when i heard this, typically company's will pre cut the tint before they arrive to do the job. The owner hand cut each piece flawlessly. He really did come equipped with professional tools, and displayed impressive attention to detail. After the job was done it's common for bubbles to show up and when it didn't go away i contacted the owner and he said not to worry and he would scheduled a time to come and fix it free of charge. My favorite part about dealing with this new mobile detailing company was the Above and beyond customer service. The tinting job was flawless. The film used seems high-quality (With a LIFETIME WARRANTY), and the application was precise, leaving no bubbles or imperfections. Let me start by saying COVID has ruined me. So for me I love a good mobile service. Something that doesn't take me away from home I have no problems paying a premium price for. This tinting service was A+++, I could not have asked for a better service. I reached out to Jonathan and he answered right away! I explained what I thought I wanted and even later changed my mind. He quoted me a price and all else was history. Timeline spot on, arrived as he stated he would, finished sooner than he said or at least it seemed super fast to me. Took away all remaining trash, and by the time I went back to car it looked like a totally different car and the craftsmanship was superb! Jonathan pointed all imperfections and told me not to worry because as the days went by they would smooth themselves out the bubbles that is. And they were so minute that had he not shown me I don't know that I would have noticed on my own. But true to his word they went away, and I had know need to roll my windows down as it has been a little chilly I waited a full 7 days before putting a window down. No issues. It was a small job (just the drvr & passenger windows of car) but regardless big or small you want it done right to avoid issues in the future. He showed up as arranged in his fully equipped and operational box truck "shop" on wheels!...(I'm sure it's the envy of the industry!) Highly recommend to everyone! Jonathan has 15 years of experience tinting and has a mobile shop, so we were able to get my car tinted with our house as the waiting room. I got the best quote from him and he was able to come next day. He was also the best with communicating. The whole job (all windows and windshield strip) was done within 1.5-2 hours for my Audi Q7.
