In fact, he notified us that our local power company was planning on ending a $300 rebate it offered for the solar tinting process and helped make sure we scheduled our service before the rebate ended. When installation day rolled around, the technicians were on-time and very professional. The product is barely noticeable to the eye, but boy does it make a big difference on our huge second-story picture windows! There were areas of our house that used to feel like an oven and now stay much cooler. While I do not notice a significant drop in our electric bill, the whole house feels much better. The room is as hot if not hotter then before they did it. I was told I would be able to keep the shutters open, but that def is not true. I even asked the installer to do two additional rooms because of his assurances that the product would reduce heat. So buyer beware, i did not get what i paid for, and when i contacted the owner they were going to get back to me and of course, never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

Unfortunately I chose to tint my new vehicle here recently…read more After describing the level of darkness, they tinted the windows to what they thought was acceptable. No samples were shown, as they seemed to understand the request. Little did I know they were cutting corners. After tinting the windows, I realized they were too light and you could see all aspects of the interior and that they laid clear on the factory tint, so I called and asked if we could darker the windows as this was not the expectations set. They agreed and set me up with an appointment to come by the following week, which made sense given the premium this shop charges for tinting. Once arrived I was told they were not going to correct the windows or add an additional layer to darken them, that I would need to pay $400+ in materials to correct them. I was also told that "even Ray Charles can see the window samples" on one of the walls in the showroom, yet these were never pointed out to me or any customer when I was there. Nothing like a racial insult to earn them 5-stars of customer service. Not to mention trying to insult a customer. Just because you have a sign or sample somewhere in your shop does not mean customers see it, especially when you never pointed it out or reference it, unless you are combating a customer concern. Soon after insulting me and raising his voice he hung up on me. A professional and class act none the less. BEWARE: these guys are money grabbers who don't value customer satisfaction, and will take any opportunity to take your money. For all I know, they chose not to do the windows correctly the first time, so I'd have to pay additional. BEWARE: Scammers with extreme attitude. I'd suggest any other local tint shop, such as RollingSound for a Proffesional experience.
