We contacted 3 companies on a Saturday and only Ohana Pressure Washing returned our call that day (within 30 minutes). Ohana was the highest rated of all the 3 companies, and we can easily see why! Ohana Pressure Washing is Family Owned and Operated. We were promptly contacted by Stuart (who was very friendly and helpful in assessing our Pressure Washing Needs). We needed a lot of work done! Through phone/texts he answered all our questions and worked with us to provide an honest estimate. We later confirmed the services that Saturday Evening and Stuart set us up for a Tuesday appointment. Stuart gave us a 9-9:30am window for Tuesday. Stuart and another Ohana Employee arrived within that time. We he had the following services completed: House softwash Low pressure direct application of cleaning solution to gently remove insect debris and organic stains from exterior of home, ( Gutter exteriors, soffits, eves, and siding). - Ohana was very thorough in getting to hard to reach areas and the attention to detail of cleaning was impressive! Driveway, walkway Surface clean concrter driveway and walkway to remove organic stains. - Ohana included the street curb to both property lines. Window cleaning Mop & squeegee exterior windows. Hand wash window screens. - They took apart all of the screens of the house and ensured they were cleaned and glass windows squeegeed! All the work was completed by 12:00pm! If we were to have rented a pressure washer, it probably would have taken us at least a couple of days! They did an excellent, thorough job. They even cleaned areas that could be missed by other companies. Stuart did a walkthrough of the services performed and explained "Ohana" means family. He said we are part of his family now. The last time it looked this good was 20 years ago! My pavers are that old and worn from years of Jacksonville weather. I had cracks in the coping, weeds in the grout lines with missing sand, and nasty algae on most of the pavers. They cleaned it all. First, they moved my furniture to outside the patio. Then they leveled the pavers that had sunk in. They cleaned the patio by pressure washing and using their cleaning mixture to bring out the color of the tiles more. They sealed the pavers and took their time putting it down ensuring every square inch had been covered. Lastly, they re-stained the coping around the pool. They communicated with me at every stage. They showed up when they said they would. They never left a mess behind. They completed it sooner than they estimated. The staff that were here were kind and answered any and all questions I had. They were EXTREMELY professional. The price of the work was more than reasonable for the work completed. I don't have one complaint for them. I would recommend their services to my own family. These are the type of people that you want at your home doing work. Just look at the before and after!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Surface CPR. The original job, including the…read morepromised paver lifting, was supposed to be completed in February--approximately six months ago--and the work remains unresolved. Before the project began, Surface CPR made specific promises by email regarding the scope of work, including lifting and re-leveling the pavers and correcting the underlying base. Afterward, however, the company stated that this work was not included in the agreed-upon scope and characterized it as an "act of good will." That position directly conflicts with the company's prior written representations and has significantly undermined my trust and confidence in the business. Throughout this process, different on-site workers have provided inconsistent explanations, rationales, and excuses for the delays and incomplete work. The assigned paver contractor, has also failed to provide a firm return date, and my attempts to contact her have gone unanswered. Surface CPR has not provided a clear plan or reliable timeline for completing the outstanding work. I have been patient and have made repeated efforts to resolve this matter directly. I have retained emails, voicemails, and video surveillance with audio documenting the relevant communications, representations, changing explanations, and incomplete work. Customers should ensure that all promised work is clearly documented and completed before making final payment with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Surface CPR and am pursuing formal avenues to seek completion of the promised work or appropriate compensation.
