2022 Toyota, needed a new hood, as TREE LIMB, fell on it. Being new in the area, and a Senior Lady, I took time to research many body shops. The worst customer service I have experienced.They were rude, obnoxious and follow through was terrible.It took me 6 weeks to get my care repaired.Every time I called either they didn't answer or they said so and so was tied up and he would call back. Not once did they return a call.They lied to me how long it would take they said 3 weeks it took 6. I dropped the car off on March 15 and wasn't finished until April 30. Don't use these people they are terrible. read more

I give them one star because it's not possible to give zero. On March 29 they did my estimate and told me they'd order the parts and it would probably be the first week in May before they could do the work. That was fine but they never called me so I called in mid-May and they told me June 5th. On June 2nd they cancelled my appointment and would call me on June 6th, they never did. On June 8 I called and they said they'd take it on June 12 if the parts were available. WHAT DID THEY DO BETWEEN MARCH 29 AND JUNE 8???? I cancelled, got a check from my insurance company and am now dealing with a competent body shop. read more

The workmanship and customer service at Greg's is top notch...and how often can you say that about an auto body shop? The insurance estimate for the damage to my car was considerably less than Greg's (approximately $1500), but I didn't have to concern myself with any of the adjustments necessary. Melissa at Greg's handled it all, resubmitting pictures and getting authorizations when needed to substantiate more extensive damage than the originals photos indicated. What a blessing. She also coordinated with Enterprise car rental to extend my contract with them for the additional time needed and procured approvals from the insurance company for that as well. Greg's waiting areas is clean and tidy and Melissa was in touch with me about the repair process and accommodating when I had to pop by one day to retrieve my garage door opener from the car. Going above and beyond, she also disengaged the toddler seat from the rental and re-installed it in my car. What a perk! Those things are a bear to get in and out! There is more body work I'd like done on my car and I'll be returning to Greg's for that. The repairs are excellent with everything lining up and the paint job superb. The company does not accept credit card payments so I'll be saving my nickels for the work. And I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

He was courteous and even walked us around and showed us what he did and what doing body work on a car entails. I walked in thru the front door with ins. EST in hand and I couldn't get the girl behind the counter to say hello or good morning or I'll be with you ect ect sooo I waited at counter for between 7 to 8 mins still no acknowledgement and finally I just walked out the front door it's not like I wanted to pull her away from her paper work just say I'll be with you when I'm done or say something like hey we don't want your business leave I would be ok with that it would have saved me almost 10 minutes standing there. I know good help is hard to find with low unemployment but I guess they will need to do what McDonald's did and put self serve kiosk in body shop read more

I was told to run errands and go back in 30 minutes because owner went to pick up his daughter. I went back after 30 minutes and was told by owner to run some errands because he is now having lunch with his daughter. I advised I can't do this all day, I have an infant with me. He said if I don't like it i can go somewhere else. I didn't know if I should feel humiliated, get pissed, cry or punch him. I filed better business complaint. Very unprofessional, rude owner. Horrible experience. Full disclosure... I was unfairly rude to the lady who answers the phone and I do regret that... it was the owners fault not hers. Dropped it off on Monday and they told me 3 days for the repair. Let my truck sit for 4 days and they didn't even start working on it. Nor did they call me to let me know. Meanwhile I'm paying daily for a rental to get to work. Owner said he would "put a lawyer so far up my a#!" for writing a bad review while i was trying to leave the parking lot....please don't go here. read more

Tom and his team at Greg's Auto & Collision did a fantastic job repairing the front end of my Prius (they were the first in the area to get certified for repairing hybrid vehicles). Tom is a second generation owner and a very honest man with 40 years experience. For all that they had to replace, fix (both front fenders, hood, front grill) and then found the frame was twisted off by over 1 3/4"...the price charged was unbelievably low. Straightening the frame on a Prius is unlike any other vehicle, and so Tom personally took the extra time himself to bend this frame back to make sure everything square & true. All the gaps between panels are the same. The paint shop is state of the art (temp, humidity controlled, special lighting). My Prius looks just like it did coming from the factory. Most other auto body repair shops would have just got the front end close enough to where they could get the wheels aligned, hang the panels and call it done. Not here, they take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. AND they don't try to rip you or the insurance company off. Not many places can say that with honesty. Highly recommended!!! read more

Had to replace the shocks/struts on my vehicle and Greg's gave us a really great deal to get everything fixed up. Almost half the cost of anywhere else we'd looked at. They've always done great work on our vehicles for a very reasonable price. Also, happened to over hear them with another customer where a tow truck driver had been trying to rip them off.
