No communication skills and it seems they do not know how to use a phone or return calls. Would not recommend at all. Took the parts to 904 Powderworx and told them the issue, not only are they coating the parts, they have heard this same story about them and picked up lots of new customers because of it.

I finally just gave in to the higher price version of cleaning, later feel being forced into this transaction, and being ripped off.
