I recently got a base model Mustang and wanted to fix what the factory called a stereo so I called this shop. I was worried about keeping steering wheel controls and the back up camera. I called this shop and spoke with Charles. I was pleasantly impressed that he listened to what I wanted and took the time to discuss options. There was zero pressure and I was never pushed on a product. I ended up getting a complete stereo system with subwoofers. I hitched a ride with a friend and got to the shop a few hours earlier than it was supposed to finished and saw that they had a protective steering wheel cover and seat cover on it. I was happy to see that they treated it with care. Charles tuned the system, which made it sound like I was in the front row of a live show. I got scammed through a different company…read morethat had a very similar name (if you see Jax's or Jaxs instead of this company - run fast) and I had a 10 month ordeal of having to find my chair and had to run to Georgia with a sheriff to get it which sounds insane, but I love my chair! Anyway, I reached out to them because they have great reviews and are a local business. Suzanne was so understanding over email and we arranged a time to bring the chair in. Keep in mind - the person who had my chair before took it completely apart and I felt like it may be a lost cause. I met with Bill and he was so nice and also seemed shocked about the state of the chair (I'll include pictures). We talked a little bit and I had some fabric leftover, but I was still unsure about what would happen. He was pretty confident and let me know that he would see what he could do. I left it in his hands and was kind of busy for a few weeks. Unbeknownst to me, my boyfriend had checked in and left his number with them. He surprised me with it a few weeks later and I was so shocked that it was already done and how beautifully it came out.
