Dan has an impressive…read morevariety of products, but was able to find the exact make and model of our existing flooring and continue it through the rest of our home. It's a perfect match and looks like it was original to the house. His team also were able to create stair treads that you'd think came from the same factory as the flooring. Speed, Communication, Overall Service: I was shocked at how fast it took to get the materials and the crew in my home. When the crew was working they were so efficient, friendly and communicative. When they had questions, they came to me; they didn't just assume thus and so. Pricing: Dan's pricing was very competitive. Yes, he beat-out other businesses in the area, but even when a third competitor offered to beat my lowest quote by x-%, I said "no." Dan's is a small, local business, and I believe in supporting businesses like his. Hopefully you will to!

To add to the disaster of this install, the contractor they set us up with is now out of business. We've been trying to place a warranty claim through Floor Trader (Adam- sales associate) with multiple attempts to get a resolution. Now it seems he's ghosted us. They need to do better. I'd steer clear and use another flooring company. Just save yourself the hassle on this one. Over $3,000 wasted here, it's infuriating. In addition, to have this fixed, I will need to move ALL furniture yet again and endure the removal and reinstall process all over again. It's unacceptable for them to do business this way and I see after coming to submit my review that we're not the only ones this has happened to.
