I called them, 45 min before closing time, and they squeezed us into an extremely packed schedule to help top us off on oil. They were very knowledgeable, knowing exactly what was needed off the top of their heads (our Audi Q7 required a specific type of oil, which I had seen online but he knew it from memory). Took care of us without about 15 min and let us go free of charge. Can't express what a life saver this was as we were on our way to Atlanta and running out on the way after everyone else was closed would've been awful. Highly recommend - professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The best kind of business to work with!

I recently got a base model Mustang and wanted to fix what the factory called a stereo so I called this shop. I was worried about keeping steering wheel controls and the back up camera. I called this shop and spoke with Charles. I was pleasantly impressed that he listened to what I wanted and took the time to discuss options. There was zero pressure and I was never pushed on a product. I ended up getting a complete stereo system with subwoofers. I hitched a ride with a friend and got to the shop a few hours earlier than it was supposed to finished and saw that they had a protective steering wheel cover and seat cover on it. I was happy to see that they treated it with care. Charles tuned the system, which made it sound like I was in the front row of a live show. He also took the time to sit in the vehicle with me and explain features and made sure I was happy. To sum it up, I found someone with a passion for what they do and they earned a life long customer. Thank you!

Anyway, I reached out to them because they have great reviews and are a local business. Suzanne was so understanding over email and we arranged a time to bring the chair in. Keep in mind - the person who had my chair before took it completely apart and I felt like it may be a lost cause. I met with Bill and he was so nice and also seemed shocked about the state of the chair (I'll include pictures). We talked a little bit and I had some fabric leftover, but I was still unsure about what would happen. He was pretty confident and let me know that he would see what he could do. I left it in his hands and was kind of busy for a few weeks. Unbeknownst to me, my boyfriend had checked in and left his number with them. He surprised me with it a few weeks later and I was so shocked that it was already done and how beautifully it came out. I will be doing business with them and recommending them from here on out; solid people.
