Stopped by shop for quote on 3 RV cushions want to give work to company on west side of town. Quote was give at $1,200.00. Took cushion to other places in Jacksonville, Clay and St Johns county quote was less then $500.00. Called Larry's trim shop to asked why the high cost and they did not care, they have to much work to care. Told me he has work for 6 months and does not care. Well they missed out because I have 2 more chairs and a full RV sofa that needs the same work done. If they do not care about over charging a customer wonder if they care about their workman ship. This is what our county has come to, I wonder if I went in by myself without my Hispanic husband if I would have gotten a more correct price quote. The rear window on my convertible top basically tore away from the top itself leaving a big hole in the roof. It turned out I needed a whole new top. I called around and found out Larry's was the best price. The other shops had so many add ons it drove their prices sky high. I have a 66 mustang convertible and one of my snaps came off and I had searched online and was having a hard time finding the part and wasn't sure if what I was going to order online would be the right one. I happened to be in the neighborhood, not even in the Mustang and stopped to ask them if that's something they had. It seems to be a family run business. They were very knowledgeable and gave me two options. Gave me both parts and didn't even charge me. I already wrote a review on this business based upon the job completed on my Wife's Mustang GT interior. This newest review is a return visit because I liked what they did previously. I have a Harley Davidson Ultra Classic and the factory seat isn't the most "user friendly." I could have purchased a more comfortable after market seat for about $500-600.00. I stopped in and asked if they had a solution. It was actually a fairly routine problem they're familiar with. Took them the seat and they removed the factory cover; recessed the standard padding and inserted a gel cushion then topped it with aviation grade memory foam. The factory cover was then re-installed. Price was very reasonable and the turn around time was pretty quick. I now have a far more "user friendly" saddle and saved myself several hundred dollars in the process. Thanks guys! I appreciate the job. Especially my delicate butt! read more

Took car here before for armrest repair, job was good. Went back recently for them to put a universal seat cover set from Pep Boys. Wanted to charge $250 to put them on!!! After hearing their ridiculously HIGH price I went elsewhere and had the seat covers installed for $60. If it don't sound right (estimates), then it's time to RUN people!!!
