Steve and his team came out earlier than expected. They were nice to speak with on the phone and the work ended up being done pretty quick. They were unsure of the color of headliner we had stated when the appointment was setup. They turned out to have the correct color with them though so all was good. The quality of the work and professionalism is where the lack of stars is. Upon showing up steve asked if he could use our bathroom , which my wife thought was no big deal. Boy she was wrong, he blew it up big time and left the mess for her to clean up!!! I mean if you gotta go you gotta go but there was plenty of places to stop before our home, and not a good way to start out a job. Now onto the job, there are ripples all over this thing, and its all from not prepping the headliber right, the old foam should be taken off before the new headliner goes up, so its all nice and flat. Not the case here, some of the foam was removed but mostly around the edges, the rest does not look good. Its an ok job, but not one id pay for or recommend. For the cost i was expecting more, like wearing gloves or booties in the car, maybe cleaning up the inside, since foam came down when the headliner was removed, none of this was done either. read more
