My daughter and son-in law had enjoyed a show , overindulged and were responsible enough to take an Uber home. They returned to the venue to collect their car at 8:30 on Sunday morning only to find that their car had been towed. They called "Felipe" and were informed that the company was closed until Monday. When they went to Pembroke to pick up the car but were unable to find it, they again called Felipe and were informed that the car was in Halifax. When they arrived in Halifax, Felipe had the car on his flatbed truck demanding $300 CASH ONLY for its return. No idea why it was moved from Pembroke except to increase the distance it was towed to justify the exorbitant charge. The flatbed truck had no license plates on it at all. Shady business. Be warned

If I could give zero stars I would. The driver was a great…read moreguy but every other aspect of doing business with Capeway was brutal. They robbed me ($270 for a 4 mile tow) and the woman on the phone took 20 minutes worth of information (literally 20 minutes) even had me send her a pin from Google Maps but apparently told the driver nothing. I got four texts telling me how close the driver was and they were all lies. I didn't know anything until the driver called to tell me how far away he was. This was a terrible experience. NEVER use this company.

When we called we were told that we if we had a problem he would just cancel the request and not come get our vehicle leaving us completely stranded due to the fact that our service department closes at 5 and isn't open on Sunday. He said his boss is at a wedding and that he was in charge and that he doesn't need our business because he has other people he can help. I literally asked him is this really how you do business. Your 2 hours late to pick someone up and because we were upset but not once did we raise our voice or curse he was just gonna cancel our tow. This is honestly the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. And he told me if his boss was around he would care either.
